3 Microwave Heating or Ambient Temperature Our instrument offers precision temperature control utilizing the latest in microwave technology. Our unique system allows you to control your peptide's temperature on a coupling by coupling basis for up to 6 peptides at a time. Mixing / Reaction Vessels You can use mechanical agitation, nitrogen bubbling or a combination of both to provide thorough, efficient mixing during your synthesis. Our easily interchangable reaction vessels are made of glass for clear observation allowing you to visually observe the progress of your synthesis. Infinity 2400 reaction vessels are interchangable in sizes ranging from 5 ml to 300 ml.

4 Large Capacity Our offers unmatched capacity and on-demand thermo-flexibility. You can utilize up to 6 reaction vessels, each with a different synthesis scale. With the option of 5 ml up to 300 ml reaction vessels, you can scale your peptide production from laboratory research to large scale production. Easy to Use Infinity 2400 software Our software includes easy-to-use standard protocols for novices and allows experienced peptide chemists to develop custom methods to optimize peptide synthesis or make complex modifications such as cyclization and side chain modification. You can set temperature and coupling conditions for each amino acid. Additionally, you can pause synthesis to remove samples, check coupling, modify protocols, and restart your synthesis without reprogramming. Our software automatically calculates quantities of reagents and amino acids required for your synthesis preventing delays from running out of reagents and eliminating preparation of more amino acid or reagent than is needed. Amino Acid / Reagents Our instrument comes standard with 24 large capacity amino acid vessels which allow you to perform 880 unattended couplings for maximum production efficiency. The same amino acid can be assigned to multiple vessels, making this our most versatile instrument. We offer many different volumes including: 10 ml, 45 ml, 90 ml or 250 ml. With our fully customizable software, you can decide whether to use your amino acid vessels for solid amino acids, reagents, or any solution.

5 Accuracy Two preactivation / measuring vessels allow you to precisely measure your solutions at the desired tempreture. Preactivated amino acids or solutions can be efficiently transferred to the RV with our unique delivery system minimizing dead volume. Preactivation You can determine where it would be best to pre-activate your amino acid, either in an amino acid vessel or in one of the two measuring vessels. UV Monitoring Optional UV monitoring of Fmoc-deprotection detects slow deprotection reactions and automatically extends reaction time to assure maximum Fmoc removal and higher yield. Crude Peptide Quality Below are the HPLC and MS analyses of six crude peptides prepared on the Infinity These peptides were synthesized using a combination of ambient temperature and microwave conditions.
