Two individuals were reported as injured and there were no releases of any kind. Incident Number: Incident Name: Turnpike NB Closure Occurred: 2/4/ :41 ET Reported to SWO: 2/5/ :58 ET Affecting: Osceola, Road Closure or DOT Issue, Vehicle Summary: Osceola SO reported a traffic crash shutting down the Northbound Turnpike near Kenansville. One trauma injury was reported. 50 gallons of diesel were released. Incident Number: Incident Name: Bomb Threat at Hospital Occurred: 2/4/ :51 ET Reported to SWO: 2/4/ :20 ET Affecting: Broward Involving: Bomb Threat or Device, Public Health Medical Summary: Broward County SO reported that there was a bomb threat received via crime stoppers at Florida Medical Lauderdale Lakes. Upon investigation by Broward bomb squad the threat was deemed unfounded and normal hospital operations resumed. Incident Number: Incident Name: Treated Effluent Release Occurred: 2/4/ :30 ET Reported to SWO: 2/4/ :34 ET Affecting: Sarasota Summary: Approximately 7,200 gallons of treated effluent were released due to a broken valve on the re-used water line in Sarasota. No clean-up actions were needed. Incident Number: Occurred: 2/4/ :30 ET Reported to SWO: 2/4/ :43 ET Affecting: Okaloosa Summary: City of Crestview reported the release of approximately 400 gallons of raw sewage due to a gravity line break. The release did not enter any storm drains, but did enter Red Wash Branch. Clean up actions have been completed. Caller advised the pump was located in a water filled perimeter ditch, which is where the spill was contained. Clean up was conducted by the reporting party. The release entered a storm system that discharges into Escambia Bay. Clean-up actions are in progress. Incident Number: Incident Name: I-95 SB Partial Closure w/ Diesel Spill Occurred: 2/4/ :13 ET Reported to SWO: 2/4/ :59 ET Affecting: Volusia, Road Closure or DOT Issue, Vehicle Summary: Volusia County SO reported that the inside SB lane of I-95 was closed at MM 242, due to a semi-truck rollover in Edgewater. The rollover caused approximately 40 gallons of diesel fuel to spill.
