3 multitude of comments were received from individual property owners that requested shifts in the vicinity of their homes. In all cases, the suggestions were evaluated. owever, in the majority of cases the modification would simply shift the potential impacts from one property owner to another. For example, it was suggested to move the interchange at.. oute 41, near Zion, 400 feet to the north to avoid potential impacts to a property owner. he modification was not made because it would have impacted 14 additional residences. nother example was a comment received from a farmer near.. oute 22 that suggested a potential shift. he modification would have impacted an additional 3.6 acres of wetlands and would have shifted the potential impact from one property owner to another.
