1 C C C,, C' 2017 Z ; V V CC; CV., on June 14, 201, the ort rchard City Council (the "City Council" approved the 201 Comprehensive lan; and, state law requires that the city's zoning map be consistent with the city's comprehensive plan; and, on pril 14, 2017, the City submitted a notice to the ashington tate epartment of Commerce concerning the proposed adoption of the 2017 zoning map with a request for a 14 day expedited review, which request was granted; and, on pril 24, 2017, the City's official issued a determination of nonsignificance for the proposed adoption of the 201 Zoning ap, and there have been no appeals; and, on ay 2, 2017, the lanning Commission held a duly-noticed public hearing on the proposed adoption of the 2017 Zoning ap; no public testimony was received; and the lanning Commission voted to recommend approval of the proposed adoption; and, the City Council finds that the proposed 2017 zoning map is consistent with and implements the 201 Comprehensive lan; now, therefore, C CUC C,, ; C 1. indings. he City Council adopts all of the "hereas" sections of this ordinance as findings in support of this ordinance. C 2. Zoning ap dopted. he City Council hereby adopts the 2017 Zoning ap as attached hereto. C 3. everability. f any section, sentence, clause or phrase of this rdinance should be held to be unconstitutional or unlawful by a court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity or unconstitutionality shall not affect the validity or constitutionality of any other section, sentence, clause or phrase of this rdinance.
