A copy of the Site Plan is included in the Chimney Height Variance Request, prepared by ASLAN, INC., dated September 15, 1998, which has been attached as Exhibit "B"; WHEREAS, the Town Commission considered the request of the Applicant at a public meeting held on Tuesday, September 15, 1998; and WHEREAS, the Town Commission determined that it was in the interest of the health, safety and welfare of the Town to grant the Application.
