Cole, Deputy Provost Office of the Provost and Vice-Principal (Academic) Date: January 10, 2012 Subject: Schedule of Cyclical Reviews - QUQAPs For the information of Senate, please find attached an updated Cyclical Review (CPR) schedule through to Under the new Quality Assurance processes, CPRs are based on an 8 year cycle and will focus on the quality of academic programs offered by the Academic Units. Other unique features include the option of graduate and undergraduate programs in an Academic Unit being reviewed concurrently, and the scheduling of CPRs to coincide with external accreditations if possible and desirable. To help familiarize the Queen s Community with the new QUQAPs CPRs, a chart outlining the key differences between the CPRs versus the former Graduate OCGS Periodic Reviews and the former Undergraduate Internal Academic Reviews is provided below.
