Compared wth tradtonal dscrete pezoelectrc DM, -element Bmorph DM had smaller fttng error on the frst 0th Zernke aberraton. Ths smulated analyss provded an analytcal method for the selecton of Bmorph DMs for hgh-resoluton human eye magng systems. The numercal results shown that all those Bmorph DMs have a certan ablty to correct the Zernke statc aberratons and perform well for the correcton of low-order aberratons partcularly. Wth the ncrease of the spatal resoluton of the Bmorph DM, the aberraton fttng capablty appeared to ncrease as well. Accordng to the lmtaton to % of the normalzed error of the Zernke aberraton fttng, there are tems of Zernke aberratons whch can be fttng well by Bmorph-9, and 7 tems by Bmorph-0, and tems by Bmorph-; Therefore, Bmorph- DM wth the hghest spatal resoluton has the strongest aberraton correcton ablty among the three knds of Bmorph DMs. Next, we analyzed the aberraton correcton of the human eyes (ncludng the dseased eyes) and found that three knds of Bmorph DMs have a certan ablty to correct aberratons n human eyes wth dfferent types of dseases. The Bmorph-9 DM ddn t correct human eye aberraton obvously, and Bmorph- has the strongest aberraton correcton ablty for human eye aberratons, nearly reachng to the dffracton lmt (λ/). Therefore, the Bmorph DM s one knd of feasble wavefront correctors for hgh-resoluton magng of human retna through the aberraton fttng analyss of Bmorph DMs, especally for human eye aberratons fttng analyss. The Bmorph DM has the advantage of hgh precson n fttng low-order aberratons. Compared to the conventonal dscrete pezoelectrc DM, the Bmorph- DM has a better fttng precson except for the tem of Zernke aberratons, especally for the frst 0 Zernke aberratons. In concluson, f only a sngle Bmorph DM s used to correct human eye aberratons, the Bmorph- DM s the best choce. In the future, the spatal resoluton of Bmorph- DM can be further mproved by reducng the optcs aperture, reducng the sze of the drvng electrode, and addng an ndependent defocusng electrode layer to mprove the fttng ablty of the rotaton symmetry aberraton. If double DMs are used to correct the human eye aberratons, the combnaton of the Bmorph-9 and the dscrete pezoelectrc DM s an optmal choce, wth the smplest structure, low cost, hgh stablty and large stroke for the Bmorph-9 DM.
