1 Rieann Hypothesis. Duragabetov A.A a, Kazakhstan Abstract arxiv:7.46v23 ath.gm] 5 Jan 29 Results by J. Hadaard, E. Landau, A. Walvis, T. Estarann, and P.R. Chernoff concerning pseudo zeta functions are further developed and applied to the Rieann hypothesis. Keywords: Euler, Chebyshev, Dirichlet, Rieann, hypothesis, zeta function,m üntz, function, cople nubers, regular function, integral function representation 2 MSC: M26. INTRODUCTION series In this work we are studying the properties of odified zeta functions. Rieann s zeta function is defined by the Dirichlet s ζ(z) = n= nz, z = σ +it () absolutely and uniforly converging in any finite region of the cople z-plane, for which σ + δ,δ >. If σ > the function is represented by the following Euler product forula ζ(z) = p p z ] (2) wherepisallprienubers. ζ(z)wasfirstlyintroducedbyeulerin737],whoalsoobtainedforula(2). Thepresentstudy is concerned with the analytical properties of the following generalized zeta functions: P(s) = j p, Re(s) > +δ,δ >, s j where {p j : j } is an increasing enueration of all prie nubers. Hadaard was the first to apply P(s) in the study of the zeta function 2]. Chernoff ade significant progress in the Rieann hypothesis using P(s) 3]. In the present study, odifications of Chernoff s results are obtained. Specifically, his study on the pseudo zeta function is copleted. Chernoff obtained an equivalent forulation of the Rieann hypothesis in ters of a pseudo zeta function as follows. THEOREM. (Chernoff) Let C(s) = ]. n> (nln(n)) Then, C(s) continues analytically into the critical strip and has s no zeros there. The significance of this theore is that if the pries were distributed ore regularly (i.e., if p n nlogn), then the Rieann hypothesis would be trivially true. In an effort to further develop the work of Chernoff and Hadaard, the following question naturally arises: Does the pseudo zeta function P(s) continues analytically into the critical strip? It should be noted that analytic etensions of P(s) were first studied by E. Landau and A. Walvis 4] and T. Estarann 5], 6]; however, no satisfactory estiates for P(s) were obtained, and the present study is concerned with this question. THEOREM. ( E. Landau, A. Walvis, T. 2 Let µ(n) functionmöbius. Then, P(s) = n µ(n)lnζ(ns) n as Re(s) > +δ, δ >, P (s) = n µ(n)lnζ(ns) n eroorphic function as Re(s) > δ, δ >. The ost significant contribution to the study of zeta functions is found in the results obtained by Müntz 7]. M üntz generalized all the results fro the studies of zeta functions analytical properties. He noticed that all the properties can be integrated in one theory, which is called the Müntz theore for zeta functions. Our goal is to use this theore on the analogs of zeta functions. We are interested in the analytical properties of the following generalizations of zeta functions: P (z) = <p p z,ζ (z) = ζ(z) P (z), R(z) > +δ,δ >, where p are prie nubers. (3) 2. RESULTS These are the well-known results obtained bym üntz for the zeta function. Theore. Let the function F() be liited on every finite interval and have an order α, α >, F() is continuous and liited on every finite interval and has an order, >, then this equation holds ζ(z) z F()d = z F(n) F(v)dv d (4) Let N be the set of all natural nubers and N P - the set of all prie nubers greater than and less than, N = N \N P - the set of all natural nubers without the prie nubers less than Considering all the inforation above let us rewrite n= ζ (z) = n N n z. For the function ζ (z) = ζ(z) P (z), let us apply the results obtained bymüntz for the zeta function representation. With the help of the given definitions we forulate the analog of Müntz theore. Let us introduce the functions and sets g() = ], ] / N P, g() =, ] N P R = (, )\ (p,p), ν () = F(n). p N P n N Lea. Let F() = e then ν () Ce, F(u)(u g(u))du < C. 2
