13 Description of Work (Qualifications and Assumptions) Revision Number The following is a summary of all Qualifications and Assumptions including the Qualifications and Assumptions listed in the specification listing: It is assumed the only furniture requiring relocation is currently located in rooms being repurposed at Clearlake Middle School, Cocoa High School and all contents of the Cogswell facility in Rockledge. Furniture/contents relocation is limited to the room on the Clearlake Closure - Classroom Phase Schedule on the following page. Cleaning rooms at Clearlake consists of wet mopping porcelain tile floors and dusting ledges after all furniture is removed from the room, then sweeping the room after new furniture is in place and is complete. Cleaning rooms at the SBBC ALC and Adult Education facility on Cogswell in Rockledge consists of only sweeping floors and vacuuming carpets after move out. Several classrooms at Clearlake utilize the marker board as the projection screen. We have not included installation of existing or new projection screens in locations where this occurs. All available space in the Media Center and the Cafeteria will be utilized for storage of furniture removed from classrooms at Clearlake. The air compressor for the Cocoa Science Lab is based on a Champion R Series VR HP with a 60 gallon receiver rather than the air compressor shown on the current drawings. The current compressor was specified in error. It is assumed the invert elevations of existing waste piping tie-ins are of sufficient depth to allow new waste piping from the science lab and home economics lab to gravity flow into the existing system. Power, water and toilet facilities will be provided by the SBBC. Onsite office space will be provided by the SBBC. End of Qualifications and Assumptions Clearlake Closing Page 1
