5 20 Mandatory Spares Each instrument shall be provided with - a) 100 nos of titration vessels (Polycarbonate) - volume 100 ml. b) One no. each of 10 ml burette for titrant and c) One no. each of 50 ml burette for dosing solvent 21 Mercapton sulphur kit Mercapton Sulphur determination kit comprising of Silver rod electrode coated with silver sulphide, reference electrode, closed titration vessel with nitrogen purging facility and other essential accessories - 1 Number to be supplied at CPRI Bengaluru 22 Computer The instrument shall be provided with branded Wide screen (min. 17") LAPTOP (DELL/HP/SONY/LENOVO) having latest operating system suitable to run the instrument software. The system should also be provided with suitable barcode reader. The detailed technical configuration of the computer and the barcode reader shall be indicated clearly in the quotation. 23 Printer The instrument shall be provided with suitable Laser Jet printer. The detailed configuration of the printer shall be provided in the quotation GENERAL REQUIREMENTS 24 Demonstration The vender shall demonstrate the total set up for functional suitability at CPRI, Benglauru and/or at other units of CPRI prior to the technical evaluation 25 Power supply Power supply requirement: 230 ± 10 % V AC, 50 ± 5 % Hz 26 Operating condition The equipment should effectively function from ambient temperature to 40 C & RH between % Non Condensing 27 Warranty Warranty for 1 year from the date of successful installation & commissioning of equipment at respective units of CPRI 28 Extended Warranty Extended Warranty for 3 years after the completion of initial warranty period inclusive of AMC comprising of minimum 2 nos. of preventive maintenance visits and one no. of breakdown maintenance visit, Labour and Travel. 29 Instruction Manual 2 Nos. of Instruction manual should be provided with each equipment 30 Training Training for 2 Officers of CPRI on operation & maintenance of equipment at each unit of CPRI 31 Pre installation requirement Pre-installation requirements have to be mentioned with the offer. 6 32 Parameters CPRI Specification/Requirements 33 Compliance of specification Compliance of the specification shall be indicated unambiguously in the column provided above and shall be supported by documentary evidence such as product catalogues (Original)/ application notes. 34 Deviations Deviations if any from the specifications given above which provides improvement in the functioning of the above item/equipment shall be clearly brought out with their advantages. 35 Additional features Any additional features other than the above may be brought out clearly. 36 Customer list A list of customers (with details like name of contact person, address, phone No.) to whom similar systems were supplied shall be furnished. 37 Presentation The vendor shall make detailed presentation of the system offered at CPRI Bangalore, during tender evaluation, if required. 38 Supply of spares The Vendor shall ensure supply of spares for at least 7 years. 39 Safety Shock proof & safety measurements as per relevant national / international standards 40 Company Status Original Equipment Manufacturing Company should have ISO 9001 certification.
