3 1. PREENTATION a. History Our company was created in The head office is located in Cavaillon (outh of France). Our motto «bringing out chemical solutions» is the perfect sum up of our history, that explains how we developed our company throught solutions we found to solve our customers business issues. We were able to do it thanks to our technical, sales and logistics expertises in European and International markets Creation of Quadrimex A near Paris (Val de Marne). The Chemical pecialities Division is launched, acting as an agent for suppliers of basic and specialized chemical products for the industrial sector (30% export sales) Quadrimex A obtains its first contracts from the Army for decontamination products Creation of the de-icing agents department. From 1998 to 2004 Diversification of Quadrimex A in industrial production for large retailers eparation with the mass retail division by the creation of Quadrimex Chemical A. In addition to its historical distribution activity, the company begins to produce some of its own products and position itself in chemical industry Development of export markets for caustic soda, potash, calcium chloride and lithium briquettes, thanks to a new manufacturing partnership with Newton s Takeover of two companies : Viquem and Newton s, integrating fully the manufacturing activities for Quadrimex Chemical Creation of a subsidiary Quadrimex ulfur Chemical (QC) following acquisition of the German manufacturing firm ChemComm GMBH on the Leuna site (leading petrochemical site in Europe). Purchase of Europhtal (pigments and catalysts manufacturer and distributor) Creation of a production unit of calcium chloride dissolution in our plant in Cavaillon (84) Doubling of the production capacity of our factory in Germany (QC) Quadrimex Chemical sells its de-icing activity in order to focus on its chemical specialties After 2 years of LMBO with FIA Partners and Turenne Capital, Michel and Patrice REICH, followed by 80% of the employees, get their financial independance. 3

Thanks to our production facility in Leuna, we became the European leader and an international reference for high quality sulfur derivatives.

ULFUR DERIVATIVE Chemical industry, mines, tanneries odium hydrosulfide NaH odium sulfide Na 2 Ammonium sulfide (NH 4 ) 2 odium tetrasulfide Na 2 4 ince 2010, Quadrimex Chemical has its own sulfur derivatives production site (IO 9001) in Leuna (Germany) on the major European petrochemical site. Thanks to our production facility in Leuna, we became the European leader and an international reference for high quality sulfur derivatives. The main raw material, H 2, is brought directly to our plant by 2 pipelines connected to the refinery in Leuna. We have 4 main products and a lot of application markets : Forth flotation in mines (copper, molybdenum, cobalt, zinc, nickel, manganese, gold ) ; Heavy metals precipitation ; Tanneries, leather industry ; Waste water treatment ; Chemical industries (cosmetics) ; Paper mills, pulp (kraft paper)... DRYING TECHNOLOGIE by Quadrimex Chemical PROCE DEIGN PACKAGE: The Newton s technology optimizes existing drying units and provides the design of new units for refineries (diesel, kerosene, LPG, ) in order to reach the following specifications : water content : maximum 80 ppmw ; «clear and bright» product. Newton s provides a technological expertise throughout some engineering projects from installations design to the supply of consumables adapted to each customer specific needs. DEHYDRATING PILLOW : In our factory in Cavaillon, we produce dehydrating briquettes. everal types of pillows are available : Water Trap Na K-Trap Water Trap Ca Water Trap Li WEETENING TECHNOLOGIE by Quadrimex Chemical Quadrimex Chemical can supply its own catalysts, Europhtal, in liquid form for extractive units and in solid form with pre-impregnated charcoal for sweetening units.
