Uner this Limite Warranty you only have a right to a remey if the failure or leak resulte from a manufacturing efect in the proucts covere by this warranty an the failure or leak occurre uring the warranty perio. You o not have a remey uner this warranty an the warranty oes not apply if the failure or any resulting amage is cause by (1) components other than those manufacture or sol by Viega; (2) not esigning, installing, inspecting, or testing the ProPress fittings or valves in accorance with Viega s installation instructions in effect at the time of the installation; applicable coe requirements; an accepte inustry practice; (3) improper hanling an protection of the prouct prior to an uring installation, inaequate freeze protection, exposure to water pressures or temperatures or in applications outsie acceptable operating conitions; (4) acts of nature such as, but not limite to, earthquakes, fire, floo, or lightning, or (5) external environmental causes, such as water quality variations, aggressive water, or other external chemical or physical conitions. In the event of a leak or other failure of the parts covere by this warranty, it is the responsibility of the property owner to obtain an pay for repairs. The part or parts which you claim faile shoul be kept an Viega contacte by writing to the aress below or telephoning within thirty (30) ays after the leak or other failure an ientifying yourself as having a warranty claim. Within a reasonable time after receiving the prouct, Viega will investigate the reasons for the failure, which inclues the right to inspect the prouct at Viega. Viega will notify you in writing of the results of its review. In the event that Viega etermines that the failure or leak was the result of a manufacturing efect in the part covere by this warranty an that this warranty applies, the EXCLUSIVE AND ONLY REMEDY uner this warranty shall be the reimbursement for repair an/or replacement of the part.
