StrepPRO Grouping Kit (Cat. no. PL030HD) a latex agglutination kit for beta hemolytic streptococcus (A, B, C, D, F, and G). Bile Spot Reagent (Cat. no. Z61) pneumoniae colony after incubation with Bile Spot Reagent. Reagent was dropped within the black circle. Incubated aerobically for 30 minutes at 35 o C to dissolve colonies.
