Howeverit maybe ensured that the pay fixation is made in consultation with the Assistant Controller (F&A) posted in their offices' for which they will be personally accountable for any 'lapse/wrong' fixation. n case any of the doctors mentioned in the attached AnnexurerA' has /have availed EOL without medical groundsl to pursue higher 'studies/ due to commotionor has some Dies Nonservice their pay may not be fixed and such cases with full details be sent to this Department for clarification. if any.
