The issuance amounted to US$ 500 million and the bonds are 10-year term, with a coupon interest rate of 4.50%. Those values will neither be recorded with the Securities Registry held by the Superintendence according to what is set forth by the Securities Market Act 18,045 of the Republic of Chile, nor with the "Securities and Exchange Commission" ("SEC") of the United States of America.
