8 Emergency Running System EP Runflat + low weight The emergency running system makes it possible to continue driving a vehicle in the event of a loss of tyre pressure without damaging the rims. The systems are characterized in particular by the following features: high fitting accuracy It consists of a multi-segment ring made of cast polyamide with modified elastomers that has standarized fixing components. The rings are designed to fit on all single and multi-part rims in sizes from 15 to 27 and also different types of tyres and wheel loads. no need to replace the system due to component fatigue dimensional stability in a temperature range from -40 C to +160 C use of environmental friendly lubricants possibility of dismantling and reusing the system when the tyre is replaced dimensional stability
