Step back in time to the world of flappers and bootleggers, jazz and liquor; the era of Prohibition gave rise to a culture like no other. Prohibition invites you to experience the opulence we have to offer, with spectacular dancers, dazzling cocktails, and fantastic music through Brisbane s best sound system, we truly are putting on the Ritz for you and your guests. Inside this information pack you will find the perfect entertaining solution for you. We do not ask for a hire fee for any of our spaces, simply a security deposit which will go towards the bar tab. With several different spaces to accommodate you and your guests, many food and drink options and optional extras for entertainment, we can tailor make the night and turn it into one that is unforgettable.

THIS AREA CAN HOLD UP TO 120 GUESTS, WITH SEATING FOR ABOUT 60 WHILST OTHER GUESTS STAND AND MINGLE. IT IS COMPLETELY CLOSED OFF FROM THE REST OF THE NIGHTCLUB AND CONTAINS ITS OWN TOILETS. Cancellations must be made in writing to the function manager. A deposit of 25% of the minimum spend or $500 (whichever is higher) is required at the time of booking. Reservations can also be direct deposited Prohibition reserves the right to apply a minimum beverage spend where a designated area is allocated for a function. Any beverage payments will contribute to reaching your minimum spend. If the minimum spend quoted is not met, the difference will be charged as venue hire. Final numbers and catering orders MUST be finalised 14 days prior to the function date. Catering, beverage packages and bar tabs are required to be paid 10 full days prior to the function. Upgrades and additional funds can be added to the bar tab throughout the night. Your function manager will be able to assist you with this.
