I know there were a lot of people that put a lot of effort in, and I appreciate it more than you know. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend you to everyone! Gail & Craig, April 14, 2015 Ke l l y & B ro d i e Thank you so much for everything, we had the most amazing day and the Novotel made it even better and stress free. The staff did an amazing job. All our guests said the staff where efficient and very conscious of any dietary requirements. Food was excellent and guests couldn t stop talking about how perfect the steak was cooked and how delicious the desserts were. Alana you where the absolute best wedding planner ever you could not of done anything to make our day more perfect, even in the lead up you always helped me with any questions no matter how silly they were!! So thank you so so much, we really do appreciated it. Also thank you for getting us V. She was amazing and the video is great. I would recommend her any time. I hardly noticed she was there and some how she has managed to capture every moment of our wedding. Also we were super happy with Laurie. No one wanted to leave. Kelly & Brodie, March 8, 2015 A b b y & N a t h a n i e l We cannot thank Alana Salmon and the Novotel Ningaloo Resort Team enough for making our special day a magical one. We had our Ceremony on Sunrise Beach located directly behind the Resort and our Reception at Lily Pond Terrace. This arrangement was convenient for our guests as they could enjoy the Resort whilst drinking champagne and treating themselves to the scrumptious canapés while the Bridal Party ventured off for photos. The Novotel Team and Jess from Salt and Sand Event Hire took control of the day allowing us to relax and soak up every moment. Planning our wedding day with these two from Day 1 was a wonderful and non-stressful experience as Alana and Jess were so accommodating and filled with wonderful ideas themselves. Our day was beyond perfect and we highly recommend holding your special day here, our guests are still talking about!! Abby & Nathaniel, September 20, 2014 S t e p h & R ya n What a great experience it was, organising and holding our destination wedding weekend at the Novotel Ningaloo Resort on 6 September Alana Salmon, Front Office Manager, and the Novotel team, provided an exceptional service throughout the entire process. From the initial meeting, to food tasting, to the actual weekend and wedding day; the service and coordination of events was impeccable. Organising a destination wedding can be challenging, however; the frequent and prompt communication, attention to detail, and flexibility and openness to our ideas, was a standout. On the day, we were left to enjoy ourselves, whilst the Novotel team took care of everything. We have received many comments from guests on the amazing food, stunning reception venue which oozed ambience, and the gorgeous location which made for some very special photographs. A special mention to the bar staff, who happily made hundreds of cocktails (literally) which were a big hit throughout the weekend. I have no hesitation in recommending the Novotel Ningaloo Resort as a wedding venue and the accommodation for guests is wonderful too. Steph & Ryan, September 6,

19 W E D D I N G T E R M S A N D C O N D I T I O N S Accommodation requirements All accommodation bookings made by guests are to be made direct to with Mantarays Ningaloo. Details of a booking website will be provided to Bride & Groom. It is the responsibility of each individual guest to adhere to the conditions stipulated online & in the confirmation s sent by resort. Check-in is from 2pm and check-out is by 10am. Confirmation and deposits Tentative Bookings of a wedding venue will be held for a period of 14 days only after which time the function space will be released. A non-refundable $2, deposit is required to confirm all weddings and will contribute towards the overall cost of the wedding expenses. Final catering numbers Guaranteed numbers are required 14 days prior to the wedding and charges will be based on guaranteed numbers. If final numbers are not received by this time Mantarays Ningaloo will assume the minimum as stated on the wedding application and charges will be made accordingly. If the number of guests who attend your function differs by more than 20% from the number of persons originally quoted within 14 days prior to the event, then Mantarays Ningaloo may review the price charged for your meals and may reallocate your function to an alternate location within the Resort. If the number of guests increase within 14 days, then additional persons will be charged at the per person rate for food & beverage consumption. Deposit for beverage consumption In addition to any beverage packages selected, if there is a requirement for spirits to be served to the Main table, then a pre-authorization to debit a credit card for the amount consumed by the Bridal table will need to be completed prior to the event. All additional beverages consumed by the bridal party will be debited to this card. Payment Cash, Eftpos, Credit Cards or direct bank transfer can be used as method of payment. All credit card transactions will incur a 1.5% credit card surcharge. Final payment must be received 7 working days prior to the Wedding. Cancellations within 90 days A fee of 25% of the food & beverage revenue & full function value will be charged. Cancellations within 30 days A fee of 50% of the food & beverage revenue & full function value will be charged. Cancellations within 14 days A fee of 100% of the food & beverage revenue & full function value will be charged. Ceremony venue Mantarays Ningaloo permits the use of Rose Petals & Rice, however paper confetti is not permitted and could incur a $50.00 cleaning fee if used. Should the weather be inclement or unpredictable, the Wedding Co-ordinator will make contact with a designated person by the Bride and Groom to move the outdoor Ceremony to an indoor or protected area. The final decision will need to be made 3 hours prior to guest arrival. Responsible service of alcohol The sale, consumption and service of alcohol is regulated by the West Australian Government which requires a licensed premises to practice responsible service of alcohol. The function supervisor and wait staff reserve the right to cease service of alcohol to any person who appears to be intoxicated through slurred speech, balance co-ordination, indecent, violent or disorderly behavior. Once the decision is made to cease service to an individual and should the situation become disruptive, the person or persons could be removed from the licensed premises. A Juvenile not yet 18 years of age is prohibited from consuming alcohol of any description and regardless to being supervised by any adult, parent or guardian. It is an offence for another person to provide a juvenile with alcohol and this may also result in a person or persons to be removed from the premises. General terms and conditions All deliveries to Mantarays Ningaloo must be advised to the Wedding Co-ordinator in advance and must be marked with the name of the wedding. Mantarays Ningaloo cannot be held responsible for the quality of food if not served at the scheduled time due to late arrival of the bridal party. No Wine or other beverages or food may be brought into the Wedding Venue by the client or guests for consumption on the premises, unless pre-agreed by the resort management. Although all reasonable care will be taken, Mantarays Ningaloo cannot accept any responsibility for personal property lost or damaged prior to, during or after their function. Nothing is to be nailed, screwed, taped, stapled or adhered to any wall, door or other surface or part of the building. Mantarays Ningaloo reserves the right to refuse entry to guests who are inappropriately attired Outdoor functions are limited to 10.00pm. Mantarays Ningaloo reserves the right to cease outdoor entertainment if it is affecting other guests. You are responsible for your guests during the reception and may be required to pay for any loss or damage to the resort caused by your guests. Cyclone policy Please be aware that from the 1st November to 31st March is cyclone season for Exmouth. In the unlikely event that a cyclone occurs please be aware: If we are unable to host your wedding due to likely impact of a cyclone (Exmouth township goes onto yellow or red alert) or due to damage sustained from a cyclone we will refund any deposits paid as well as cancel both flexible and restricted accommodation bookings. If your town is affected by the cyclone and you are unable to travel to Exmouth we will permit a date change based on availability but will not refund deposits paid. We will allow both flexible and restricted accommodation bookings to amend dates, however price increase may be likely and is subject to availability.
