A. THE CONTRACTOR COVENAN'rS AND AGREES : That all holes shall be drilled using a non coring bit. That the Contractor shall use his best endeavour to complete all holes according to the wishes of the Company, but should rock conditions prevent successful completion of the hole, the Contractor is not obliged to complete the same, but shall be paid for such incomplete holes at contract rates for the completed footage. Contractor will supply all necessary equipment, accomodation and transportation for his crew. Contractor will pay the cost of supplying water to the drill up to a distance of 2,000 feet or vertical lift of 200 feet. Supplying water beyond these limits to be negotiated. B. THE COMPANY COVENANTS AND AGREES: That payment for the herein described work shall.be $7.00 per foot for bullnose bit non core drilling or $12.00 per foot for core drilling. Cost of cementing drill holes will be $25.00 per hour plus cement at cost. Cost of drilling out cement at field cost. Drilling mud and additives charged at cost for core drilling. Mud and additives for bullnose drilling paid by Contractor. Moving cost will be $ (Mob and demob.) Company agrees to supply access roads suitable for pickup trucks. Mon recoverable casing and casing shoes chrged at cost. A tractor suitable for moving the drill will be supplied by the Contractor. Cost of this machine will be $ per month plus ir;lo.oo per hour when it is in use.
6 Contractor will pay the first 16 man hours on moving between holes. Cost in excess of 16 hrs. charged at $12.00 per hour. 9. Should casing of a drill hole be required, the rate for such casing shall be $12.00 per foot.
