2 THE WAY OF THE MASTER As the son of a kung fu master I started my journey along the way of the master at a very early age. Serge Cvetkovic I was trying to find the right way in all areas of life by following the principles of martial arts. This way led me to the art of cooking. At first I was surprised then I was illuminated by a clear light of understanding. Through cooking I understood kung fu better and vice versa. «Once I ve mastered martial arts, I could master any other art; even without a master.» Myamoto Musashi Samurai The way of the master no matter whether martial arts or any other art guides us to the deepest understanding of ourselves and the nature of all other things as well as human nature. Knowing that kung fu (literally hard work ) won t be everyone s way, I decided to share my insights through cooking as well.

3 The true science of martial arts means, practicing them in such a way, that they will be useful at any time; And to teach them in such a way, that they will be useful in all things. Understanding more and more the idea of continuous learning from the zen philosophy I found out that there is no limit at all. In order to make this more than a theory I started thinking of how best to turn this into practice. The TOTAL FITNESS CONCEPT and the CONTINUOUS LEARNING METHOD is my approach to equip children with those kind of skills that provide the physical, mental and emotional strength and thus the resilience for whatever tomorrow should bring. As adults we spend a lot of time to maintain our fitness and improve our wellbeing. In the fitness concept of the future the investment starts already in childhood, contains more than only sports activities and aims to empower the person totally in a holistic and sustainable way. The programme of my Junior Academy of MASTRARTS is a refined set of necessary and sufficient disciplines which supports this development completely. «Total man» is my vision of having fulfilled personal, social and economical needs by maintaining a harmonic equilibrium with the environment. This challenge requires a new definition of fitness which will enable the «future leaders» to create more than to consume. Rational and emotional intelligence, structured and intuitive approaches of problem solving, mindfulness and skilfulness these are the new aspects of a future oriented fitness concept. As a son of a kung fu master I had the chance to benefit from this school already at an early age. Recognizing the power of these ideas to multiply our natural potential I focused my energy on the research and studies of general benefits from martial arts for every day's life. I was my own and first test object. For over twenty years I gathered evidence for my theories. After having tested and proven it s effectiveness in all disciplines I decided to start sharing this insight with many other children and through more disciplines than only kung fu. This is the Junior Academy of MASTRARTS.

The only thing they need to learn is how to find it. That s why kung fu means hard work. The art is to keep it playful in order to win children for this way. INTO EVERDAY S LIFE
