36 Activity 2: Analysis The Alignment phase provided us with the understanding of the GIS Applications to support organizational goals. The Roles Discovery, in the Alignment Phase, provided an understanding of the workforce that will be adopting the GIS applications for mission execution. Purpose: In this activity, we will practice assigning GIS Workflows to the workforce roles. Analyzing the workflows will establish how the activities will be distributed among the workforce AND the training needed to provide the technical competencies for the said GIS Workflows. Analysis
