2 The Southwest monsoon has advanced into most parts of northwest India including Delhi on 2 July. A few areas which include Gujarat, some parts of Haryana and Punjab, West Rajasthan, East Rajasthan are likely to be covered during next 2 days. Monsoon is expected to remain active till second week of July which may befollowed bya weaker spell till about the end of July. Central India may experience a long spell of weak monsoon for about two to three weeks beginning second week of July.
