4 1.0 INTRODUCTION This report has been prepared by Transition Metals Corp. to provide documentation of a 520 meter drill program in November 2011 in Demorest Township, approximately 60 kilometres northeast of Sudbury, ON (Fig. 1). The program consisted of 8 holes, with 6 holes located on claim and 2 located on claim The content of this report is believed by the author to be current, as of June 25, PROPERTY LOCATION, ACCESS AND DESCRIPTION The Property consists of 11 contiguous unpatented mining claims comprising approximately 1,728 hectares located east of Doherty Lake, approximately 30 km northeast of Caperol and 60 km northeast of Sudbury, ON. (Fig. 1 and 2). The Property is centred at approximately 528,700 me, 5,206,700 mn, UTM Zone 17. Access to the property is possible by following the Portelance logging road north to the bridge across the North Wanapitei River, then following the signs to Chiniguchi Camp [or OFSC trail 206D] south for 10 km, north for 20 km, and east for 12 km. At this point the trail to the property exits to the north following a secondary logging road for 2.5 km, and then northwest along a tertiary logging road for a final 2.5 km. From the bridge on, the roads are not maintained and snow is not ploughed in the winter. 1

7 3.0 PREVIOUS WORK Table 1 presents a summary of previous work conducted on the property as prepared by J. Bailey for Wallbridge Mining Company Limited in No work is recorded for the period between 2008 and optioning of the property by Transition Metals Corp in Table 1: Summary of Previous Work Date Description of Work 1986 Ontario Geological Survey: Dressler mapped Demorest, Telfer and McConnell Townships. Report 242, Map Kennco Exploration Limited: drilled 8 diamond drill holes totalling 667 feet (203.3 meters) in gold mineralized shears zones hosted in Nipissing gabbro. Assay results were incomplete. The drill holes targeted Nipissing style nickel mineralization, no nickel assay results were reported, but up to.23% copper and 1.5% Zn were noted 1995 Dan Patrie: completed a ground magnetic and VLF survey over the showings targeted by Kennco as well as the east and south shores of Doherty Lake The results were unable to identify a diagnostic geophysical characteristic of the mineralization. Patrie suggested that this may be due to the disseminated nature of the mineralization Albert Leblanc and David Morrison: staked claims , , , and Sampled Wallbridge s future Trench 3, and received an assays of 0.2 oz/ton Au and 2.1 oz/ton Au Wallbridge Mining: option agreement with LeBlanc and Morrison Wallbridge Mining Limited: conducted a program of mechanical and hydraulic stripping, mapping and channel sampling on claim Six areas were exposed, labelled trench 1 through 4 and outcrops 5 and 6. The trenches and outcrops were mapped at 1:50 scale. Thirty-one grab samples and thirty-five NW-SE oriented channel samples were collected. The trenching results include: Exposed Ag-Au-Cu-Pb mineralization hosted in quartz-carbonate-sulphide veins in a north-east trending shear zone cutting the Nipissing gabbro. Trench 1 exposed the mineralized vein across a width of 8 meters and a minimum strike length of 28 meters. Contained two main sulphide zones: a Cu-Au carbonate corridor (NW) side and Cu-Pb-Au fold zone in the northeast. Trench 2 exposed the mineralized vein over an area of 10 meters by 15 meters. No grab or channel sample was taken from Trench 2. Trench 3 exposed an 8 by 4 meters section of exposed mineralized quartz vein. Similar mineralization to Trench 1 but more localized Transition Metals Corp: signed an option agreement with Leblanc for the four claims. One claim was staked by LeBlanc and six more claims were subsequently staked by Transition Metals, and all of these claims were added to the agreement. 4

8 4.0 GEOLOGY 4.1 Regional and Property Geology The area is predominately underlain by supracrustal sedimentary rocks of the Paleoproterozoic Huronian Supergroup. The Gowganda Formation, predominantly a polymictic conglomerate with lesser feldspathic sandstone and lithic arenite, and the overlying Lorrain Formation, a quartz sandstone and siltstone, are commonly exposed. Lower formations of the Supergroup may be present but are not exposed on surface. These formations were intruded by the Nipissing Gabbro, which consists of fine- to coarse-grained, pyroxene or amphibole gabbro emplaced as shallowly dipping undulating sheets/ sills. 5.0 DRILLING Diamond Drill Program Eight NQ-size diamond drill holes totalling 520 meters were completed in November 2011 (Table 1; Appendix A1, Figure 3). The drill site is accessible by truck via a network of bush roads (see: 2.0 PROPERTY LOCATION, ACCESS AND DESCRIPTION). Cabo Drilling Corp of Kirkland Lake, Ontario was contracted to conduct the diamond drilling. Detailed diamond drill logs for the eight holes are located in Appendix A. 10 5.2 Rock Units The following rock descriptions are based on the 2011 drilling performed by Transition Metals. Two lithologies were present in the diamond drill holes, Nipissing gabbro cut by massive quartz-carbonate veins Nipissing Gabbro This unit is massive to foliated, green grey, medium- to coarse-grained gabbro with 1-2 mm white plagioclase grains. Near the contact with the massive quartz-carbonate vein, the unit becomes brecciated with a carbonate fracture filling matrix. The main alteration style is weak to moderate, disseminated to banded, carbonate alteration. The lower contact of the gabbro with the Huronian sediments was not intercepted in drill hole Quartz-Carbonate Veins Veins are massive, fine-grained and range from glassy to smokey grey quartz with a minor to abundant patchy creamy pink-beige carbonate. The thickness of this quartz vein ranged from 2 to 8 meters. The quartz vein is Paleoproterozoic or younger occupying fractures in the Paleoproterozoic Nipissing Gabbro. 5.3 Mineralization Mineralization on the property occurs as sulphide-bearing quartz-carbonate veins, with the most prevalent sulphides being pyrrhotite and chalcopyrite. These sulphides occur as either fracture-filling or patchy disseminated grains, ranging in concentration from trace to 6 percent chalcopyrite and trace to 2% pyrrhotite. Trace amounts of sphalerite and pyrite were also noted in the veins. In Hole TMD11-01, at 3.95 meters, a fleck of visible gold was observed to be surrounded by pyrite in a 2mm void. The assay for the interval, 3.9 to 4.23 meters, containing this gold fleck returned a 0.66 g/t Au and 183 g/t Ag. The mineralogy, silver and base metal contents, and host rock for the veins suggests that they be part of a 5 element vein system similar to the mineralization in the Cobalt and Gowganda areas. 6.0 RESULTS Samples submitted to ALS Chemex were analysed using Au-ICP21 for gold analyses, and ME-ICP41 for base metals and trace elements. Any samples that exceeded the upper limits of the AU-ICP21 method for the fire assay gold analyses were re-analysed using a gravimetric finish, Au-GRA21 method. The assay values from this drill program were low, with only three samples assaying above 0.6 g/t Au. There were elevated levels of silver in numerous samples, ranging from 1.0 g/t Ag to 183 g/t Ag. Table 3shows the significant assay intervals for the eight drill holes. Drill logs are located in Appendix A and assay certificates are located in Appendix C. A daily log describing work performed under this program is presented in Appendix D. Table 4. Unfortunately, the assay results from the veins and host Nipissing Gabbro were generally weakly anomalous, and only three samples containing over 0.5 g/t Au. Due to these low gold values, it is suggested that no further work is done on this property. 8
