Students report to PLUS Block and rotation continues. PLUS BLOCK (Practice-Learn-Understand-Study) PLUS block is intended to be a time for students to receive academic support, participate in class activities, and attend school wide assemblies. Students are expected to remain in their PLUS Block for the entire period unless called out of class by either their counselor or dean. 5 FLEX DAYS Flex Block is intended to be a time for students to receive academic support and enrichment opportunities during the school day. Students are free to seek academic support from their choice of teachers as all staff are available during Flex Block. There will be designated common areas (Learning Commons, Career Center, Cafeteria, and Gymnasium) available to those students not seeking academic intervention or enrichment from a specific staff member. Official daily attendance will be taken in the first scheduled academic class of the day starting at 8:19. Flex Block will now be once a month on Wednesdays beginning September 26. The other dates will be October 31, November 28, December 19, January 30, February 27, April 24 and May 29.
