1 MANITOBA CANINE ASSOCIATION JUDGING SCHEDULE AUGUST 13, 14, 15 & 16, 2015 Our shows are held at the East St Paul Community Cllub, 264 Hoddinott Road, East St Paul, Manitoba. The arena will be open to exhibitors for setup at 3:00 p.m (no exceptions) Wednesday the 12th. No one will be allowed to set up prior to this time except for our vendors. The building will be open at 7:00 a.m. and closed at 10:30 p.m. sharp each day. There wil be NO security overnight. Please read the schedule carefully - there are some breeds out of order. It is the exhibitors responsibility to be at ringside when required. Judging is based upon dogs per hour. Please allow for errors and omissions due to the fact that this was put together in a short period of time. Please be considerate and ask before setting up. There will be no Mats allowed in the non reserved benching areas. There is NO power available outdoors except for the reserved power camping areas. Generators can be used but only at camp sites. There is no vehicle parking at the back of the building. Vehicles are not allowed to drive out onto the field to unload. A ramp will be available if a judge requests it. MCA Junior handling will be Sunday at noon in the first available ring. Boosters are designated in bold type. We hope that this weekend will be enjoyable and bring you fond memories of your time in our fair province. Ring 1 - Obedinece and Rally ring is indoors, remainder of the rings are Outdoors. We will be having several special presentations during Best in Show on Saturday and we encourage you all to stay and enjoy the day. We will be having a Wine and Cheese Reception Saturday after Best in Show in memory of our friend, leader and mentor, David Markus sponsored by Rob Lindey, Pat Martin & Darci Anonychuk-Martin. Thank your Judge this weekend! Our judges have graciously donated their judging fees this weekend in memory of David Markus. All proceeds will be donated to the Canadian Mental Health Association (Manitoba). Donation boxes are locate at the show secretary s table and on the gator if you would like to contribute to the cause! We will be having a Sanction Match on Wednesday, August 12th at 6:00pm so come out and get prepared for the weekend. Entry is only $5.00! Thank you all for supporting our shows and trials.
