3 Easter recipes Easter chocolate bark by Kaya, 5Mc This recipe is easy and is ready in 25 min Method 1.Break the chocolate into a large heatproof bowl. Bring a pan of water to a simmer, then sit the bowl on top. The water must not touch the bottom of the bowl. Let the chocolate slowly melt, stirring now and again with a spatula. For best results, temper your chocolate. 2.Meanwhile, lightly grease then line a 23 x 33cm roasting tin or baking tray with parchment. Put three-quarters of the mini eggs into a food bag and bash them with a rolling pin until broken up a little. 3.When the chocolate is smooth, pour it into the tin. Tip the tin from side to side to let the chocolate find the corners and level out. Scatter with the smashed and whole mini eggs, followed by the freeze-dried raspberry pieces. Leave to set, then remove from the parchment and snap into shards, ready to pack in boxes or bags Ingredients 600g of milk chocolate 118g of mini chocolate eggs 1 heap teaspoon of freeze-dried raspberry pieces Class assemblies! 13 Rohan s Recipes! How to make French-style crepes! You will need: 2 eggs. 250ml of milk. 125g of plain flour. 4tbs of melted butter. A pinch of salt. Olive oil or unmelted butter. Toppings. (E.g. Nutella, strawberries, maple syrup, etc) A frying pan. A whisk. A spatula. A bowl. A plate. A spoon. (Preferably a soup spoon) Recipe: 1) Put the salt, flour and eggs in the bowl and whisk. Slowly add the milk and butter in while stirring. Stir until you cannot see anything else but a creamy yellow. Bring the bowl over to the stove and set it to the lowest setting. 2) Melt the butter or olive oil on the pan, and wait until it is greased. 3) Turn the heat to the highest setting 4) Use the soup spoon to put some batter on the pan. 5) Once it is slightly hard, carve off the edges with your spatula. 6) When the crepe is hard enough to lift off the pan, flip it over. 7) Repeat step nine, but instead of putting back on the pan, put it on the plate. 8) Put toppings on your crepe and enjoy! 13
