The history of this great province can be witnessed by the historical sites, wagon paths, monuments and events noted in history of the great many characters that brought life to this magical province. The Cultural history of this province can be seen in the African curios, the Ndebele painted houses, the route of Jock of the Bushveld and the inviting and friendly faces that welcome you to this incredible part of South Africa. Yes, you guessed it - we re in Mpumalanga! home of Citybug s head office in Nelspruit.

T s & C s apply. PADKOS Forget greasy garage pies and unhealthy fast foods on your journey every edition we will be sharing a recipe for divine padkos for your journey. Boerewors and Corn Frittatas Ingredients 300g baby potatoes 60ml olive oil 200g boerewors, cut into 2 cm lengths 400g whole-kernel sweetcorn, drained 20ml chopped fresh parsley 12 eggs 2ml salt and freshly ground black pepper 125 ml grated Cheddar cheese Method Cut the baby potatoes in half and microwave in a little water, covered, for 5 minutes (or until soft). Brown the boerewors In a little oil in a pan, adding the potatoes when they re ready. Toss the potatoes and the boerewors together until the potatoes are lightly browned (a few minutes). Add the corn and parsley. Lightly whisk the eggs in a large jug, season with salt and pepper and pour over the ingredients in the pan. Sprinkle with the cheese and cover with a lid and cook for another minutes or until the eggs are just set. Cut the frittata into slices and serve with spicy chutney and warm bread.
