11 During the 2 nd semester of the school-year, there were a total of 436 Programs and/or trainings held at Central Office and all District schools for staff, students, parents and/or community members. The focus of these programs and trainings were on schoolwide conditions to prevent HIB in the areas of the physical environment, emotional environment, teaching and learning, relationships, community engagement and morale in the school community. 11
