44 38. SUP - Supplement ype A supplement is any new iteration of a local service request. he entry in the SUP field identifies the reason the supplement is being issued. Interface IRS FP Field Name SUP SUP VALID NRIS: 1 = Cancel 2 = New desired due date 3 = Other 4 = New facility assignment 5 = New NC/NCI/SCNCI codes 1 = Cancel - Indicates that the pending order is to be canceled in its entirety. NO 1: NO 2: If the pending order was already completed as ordered, a disconnect request must be sent instead of the supplement. Valid for firm orders whether or not they have been through the response phase. 2 = New desired due date - Indicates that the pending order requires only a change of desired due date. NO 1: NO 2: A request for a change in desired due date in conjunction with other changes to a pending order should be submitted with a "3" in the SUP field. he new date is specified in the DDD field. 3 = Other - Any other change to the request.
