Close loop ontrol system of given prmeter is built by integrting the gent nd the internl environment of grin depot. It n be relized tht remote ontrol of phosphine sprying devie, pipeline vlve of the devie in timing nd quntittive wy. It is lso solved tht remote monitoring nd utomti regultion of phosphine s onentrtion t the severl key positions in the depot. Menwhile, it is overome tht remote surveillne nd dustment given prmeters of temperture & humidity in the grin depot. he fesibility nd operbility of the ontrol system for the remote monitoring of losed loop fumigtion were verified by experiments, whih will be pplied to build the lrge multigent intelligent unmnned wrehouse system. Keyword: gent; Intelligent Grin Depot; PLC; he Closed Cirultion Fumigtion INRODUCION Closed irultion system onnets to fn, pplitor, gs diffuser (dut) nd grin bulk of losed system in [2]. hrough the ompression of the fn mhine, the gs of fumigtion is trnsported to the wrehouse in [3]. It is diffiult to reple phosphine with other gents tht re used for fumigtion ommonly in [9]. Green et l pointed out tht the phosphine ould be used to fumigte when the speed of the smll power wind turbine is less thn 4 m/s nd in [5] the pressure vlue of the pipeline work is kp fter studying on hrteristis of phosphine in 984. t the sme time, ustrli developed fumigtion tehnology lled the ir of Siroflo nd Siruo irultion by using the ylinder filling in [4]. Grin monitoring nd mngement gent system is estblished with integrting utomtion nd intelligent equipment. In the field of rtifiil intelligene, gent is defined s n entity tht hs the bility to pereive, solve problems nd ommunite with the outside world. In [4], gent n be used to estblish number of system ontrol model. Go Liying used intelligent gent tehnology in urbn trffi signl ontrol methods to strt the study ording to [6]. With the help of gent theory nd tehnology, Mo Xinun thought the onstrution nd implementtion of the softwre system n be support in []. Li Zhokun studied the grnry monitoring system bsed on King view nd CN bus, fousing on solving the problem of mny points monitoring unified disply in []. he temperture nd humidity ontrol system of grin wrehouse bsed on PLC were designed by Co Yongzhn et l in [8]. PLC ws used to ollet the informtion of temperture nd humidity in the brn, nd it ws relized tht the on-line monitoring nd intelligent ontrol of the ommunition with the host omputer in [2, 5]. Bsed on the bove reserh nd pplition of relted tehnologies, new gent system is designed. 2 DELIBERIVE GEN SRUCURE MODEL 2. Fumigtion system is ompleted by onnet vlve to fn pipe, s shown in Figure 2. Controller ontrols the gs pipeline vlve while gs detetor forms eletril signl feedbk to ontrol iruit. (2.5) FIG.2 SCHEMIC DIGRM OF WREHOUSE FUMIGION 3. emperture nd Humidity Monitoring System emperture nd humidity monitoring system is prtil tutor nd detetion equipment of fumigtion gent. emperture nd humidity ontrol of the detetion equipment is minly omposed of temperture nd humidity detetor, mthing iruit. he sensors tht it s probe deep into the seed below the level of follows nd distribute rry form reflet the whole brn temperture nd humidity of the sitution. he tutor is omposed of two fns nd four eletri putters. When the vlue of the temperture humidity is too high, the fns nd the eletri pushes re open in order to ventilte nd tke breth. Otherwise, the fns nd the eletri pushes re losed when the vlue is too low. t the sme time, when the fumigtion is finished, the fns nd the doors re open for the phosphine gs is dispersing rpidly. 3.2 Mn-mhine Intertion Control System Fumigtion gent regrds host omputer nd PLC slve omputer s the lyer of deision-mking plnning nd informtion fusion. Upper ompute is responsible for the disply of temperture, humidity M, phosphine onentrtion of C, devies whether is open or not to the opertor, menwhile enble the opertor to mnully ontrol the devie in the entrl ontrol room. he utomti ontrol of the preset vlue of H3P gs onentrtion nd the temperture nd humidity nd mnul ontrol of host ompute re relized by the PLC slve omputer while sending the sensor dt to the host omputer through the wireless devie

4 he ontrol priniple of the whole system is shown in Figure 3. he host omputer dopts Modbus ommunition protool on softwre nd RS-485 bus on hrdwre. Beuse of the poor irtight of wrehouse, wrehouse phosphine onentrtion is dynmi stble stte, losing to the set vlue, when the gs lekge is equl to the mount of relesed phosphine. he ontrol system relizes the remote wireless monitoring of multiple PLC with single host omputer. 7 system, whih hs mny dvntges in rel-time dt reording, utomti intelligent ontrol, remote monitoring nd ontrol, hs relized the trnsformtion of intelligent grin depot mngement opertion nd hs wider pplition prospet. he future work needs to be put into experiment in the design of temperture nd humidity ontrol, nd estblishes multi-gent system extending lrge grin storge nd ommunition between different grin gent. his ognitive gent hs to be known in dvne of the environmentl resoures nd is diffiult to pply the unknown environment, or shrp hnge in the environment.
