It is a fun way to spend time with friends or even make some new ones. Fit to a T is sponsoring a Walk This Way walking program. We ask that you keep up with the number of times you walk (to exercise) during a month on the form provided on the intranet. For each week that you walk at least three days, your name will be entered into a drawing to win a prize. Submit your reporting forms by to jrogers@tylertexas.com. Winners will be drawn quarterly. Visit the Wellness Program/Fit to a T page, under Human Resources on the city website to print a reporting form.

4 P A G E 4 Crockpot Maple Cinnamon Steel Cut Oatmeal Start your day off right with this warm bowl of oats sweetened with the classic combo of maple syrup and cinnamon. Take this all-star recipe to the next level by topping it with bacon bits and pumpkin seeds or peanut butter and banana! Recipe makes 8 servings Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups steel cut oats 6 cups almond milk, unsweetened 1/3 1/2 cup maple syrup 1 t. vanilla 1 t. cinnamon 1/8 t. sea salt Directions: Place all ingredients in a crock-pot. Turn to high and cook for 4 hours or turn to low and cook for 8 hours. Once your oatmeal is done cooking, stir with a wooden spoon for 2-3 minutes or until it s become thick and well-combined.
