1 Photocopiable Weekly Written Arithmetic Questions Book E is for Year By Helen Maden Introduction From May 0 the English government introduced a written arithmetic paper for the end of Key Stage and Key Stage. Questions are context-free and assess number, calculations and fractions (noting that the fractions strand in the 0 national curriculum covers fractions, decimals and percentages). This book provides thirty weeks of carefully graded written arithmetic questions for Year. Pupils may work on squared paper or in their own maths books. This book is part of a whole school scheme, which covers all years from Year to Year. Following the series will help to prepare children for National Tests in arithmetic at the end of both Year and Year.
