GLOBAL REGULARITY FOR A FAMILY OF 3D MODELS OF THE AXI-SYMMETRIC NAVIER-STOKES EQUATIONS THOMAS Y HOU, PENGFEI LIU, AND FEI WANG axiv: v [math.ap] 4 Aug 07 Abstact. We conside a family of 3D models fo the axi-symmetic incompessible Navie-Stokes equations. The models ae deived by changing the stength of the convection tems in the axisymmetic Navie-Stokes equations witten using a set of tansfomed vaiables. We pove the global egulaityofthe family ofmodels in the case that the stengthof convection is slightly stonge than that of the oiginal Navie-Stokes equations, which demonstates the potential stabilizing effect of convection.. Intoduction and Main Result The thee-dimensional (3D) Eule and Navie-Stokes equations goven the motion of ideal incompessible fluid in the absence of extenal focing: (.) u t +u u = p+ν u, u = 0. Hee u(x,t) : R 3 [0,T) R 3 is the 3D velocity vecto of the fluid, and p(x,t) : R 3 [0,T) R descibes the scala pessue. The viscous tem ν u models the viscous focing in the fluid. In the case that ν = 0, equations (.) ae efeed to as the Eule equations, and in the case that ν > 0, equations (.) ae efeed to as the Navie-Stokes equations. The divegence-fee condition u = 0 guaantees the incompessibility of the fluid. The Eule and Navie-Stokes equations ae among the most fundamental nonlinea patial diffeential equations (PDEs) in natue yet fa fom being fully undestood. The fundamental question egading the global egulaity of the Eule and Navie-Stokes equations with smooth initial data in the 3D setting emains open, and it is geneally viewed as one of the most impotant open questions in mathematical fluid mechanics; see the suveys [5, 4, 6, 9]. The Eule equations have the following scaling-invaiance (.) u(x,t) λ ( x τ u λ, t ) (, p(x,t) λ x τ τ p λ, t ), τ and fo the Navie-Stokes equations, due to the viscous tem, the two-paamete symmety goup in (.) is esticted to the following one-paamete goup (.3) u(x,t) ( x t ) τ /u τ /,, p(x,t) ( x τ τ p t ) τ /,. τ
TY HOU, P LIU, AND F WANG Smooth solutions to the Eule/Navie-Stokes equations (.) enjoy the following enegy identity, t (.4a) u(x,t) dx+ν u(x,s) dxds = u(x,0) dx, 0 R 3 which implies the following a pioi estimates fo Navie-Stokes: t (.4b) u(x,t) dx, u(x,s) dxds C. R 3 0 R 3 The above estimates seem to be the only known coecive a pioi estimates fo smooth solutions to the Navie-Stokes (.). The main difficulty fo the global egulaity poblem of the 3D Navie-Stokes equations lies in the fact that these known a pioi estimates (.4b) ae supecitical with espect to the invaiant scaling of the equations (.3); see [3, 4] fo moe discussion about this supecitical baie. Fo the 3D Eule equations, due to the lack of egulaization mechanism (thee is no viscosity), to pove the global egulaity of the solutions becomes even moe challenging. In this wok, we conside a family of 3D models fo the Navie-Stokes equations with axial symmety, which is poposed in [0], (.5a) (.5b) (.5c) u,t +u u, +u z u,z = ν( z )u +u φ,z, ω,t +u ω, +u z ω,z = ν( z)ω +(u ) z, ( z )φ = ω, with the Biot-Savat law given by (.5d) u = ǫφ,z, u z = ǫφ +ǫφ,. We give the deivation of this model in Section fo the sake of completeness. In (.5d), the paamete ǫ chaacteizes the stength of the convection. The case that ǫ = coesponds to the oiginal axi-symmetic Eule/Navie-Stokes equations, and the case ǫ = 0 coesponds to the 3D model investigated in [,, 3]. This family of models was poposed in [0] to study the effect of convection on the depletion of nonlineaity o fomation of finite-time singulaities. This family of models shae seveal egulaity esults with the oiginal Eule and Navie-Stokes equations, including an enegy identity and two well-known non-blowup citeia. The numeical esults in[0] suggest that the inviscid models with weak convection can develop self-simila singulaity and such singulaity scenaio does not seem to pesist as the stength of the convection tems inceases, specifically fo the oiginal axisymmetic Eule. Fo the family of viscous models with ǫ [,), we can obtain a maximum pinciple fo a modified ciculation quantity Γ ǫ = u /ǫ, i.e., (.6) Γ ǫ L Γ ǫ 0 L, which is subcitical with espect to the invaiant scaling fo ǫ >.
GLOBAL REGULARITY 3 The models (.5) can also be witten in a velocity-pessue fom as (.7a) v t +ǫv v = p+ν v +(ǫ ) vθ v e θ, whee the velocity v(x,t) is a escaling of the velocity in model (.4): (.7b) Next we state ou main esult. v = u ǫ e + uz ǫ e z + uθ e θ, u θ = u. Theoem.. Conside the viscous models (.7) with ǫ ( 0,) and data 9 ǫ 3 v(,0) H 4 (R 3 ). Then the solution v(x,t) is globally egula in time. This esult futhe demonstates the potential stabilizing effect of the convection tems, which has been demonstated in the numeical esults in [0] that the self-simila singulaity of the inviscid models with weak convection does not pesist as the stength of the convection tems inceases. To pove the main esult Theoem., we can use L p estimate fo ω and L q estimate fo u. To contol the nonlinea votex stetching tem in the equation of ω using the viscous tem, we only need to use the subcitical a pioi estimate (.6) and the Hady inequality, unde the condition that q = p p ǫ fo some ǫ < ǫ. Howeve, fo the nonlinea tem in the equation of u, the subcitical a pioi estimate (.6) seems insufficient, because it can only contol the angula component of the velocity. We use a combination of the supecitical enegy estimate (.4) and the subcitical estimate of Γ ǫ (.6) in the nonlinea tem in the equation of u. To bound the nonlinea tem using the viscous tem, we need the condition ǫ > 0 in (3.6). 9 In ou poof of the main esult in section., we only conduct L estimate fo ω, and using any L p estimate fo ω with p (,+ ) will lead to the same esult unde the condition ǫ > 0. 9 The est of this pape is oganized as follows. In section, we deive the family of the models that we investigate in this wok and list some egulaity esults fo these models. We also give a bief eview of ecent egulaity esults fo the Navie-Stokes equations with axial symmety. In section 3, we pove ou main esult Theoem... Deivation of the models and eview of the liteatue Recently the Eule and Navie-Stokes equations with axial symmety have attacted a lot of inteests. The global egulaity poblem in this setting emains open although a lot of pogess has been made. Let e, e θ and e z be the standad othonomal vectos defining the cylindical coodinates, e = ( x, x,0)t, e θ = ( x, x,0)t, e z = (0,0,) T,
4 TY HOU, P LIU, AND F WANG whee = x +x and z = x 3. Then the 3D velocity field u(x,t) is called axi-symmetic if it can be witten as u(x,t) = u (,z,t)e +u θ (,z,t)e θ +u z (,z,t)e z, whee u, u θ and u z do not depend on the θ coodinate. We denote the axi-symmetic voticity field ω as, ω(x,t) = u(x,t) = ω (,z,t)e +ω θ (,z,t)e θ +ω z (,z,t)e z, and then the Eule and Navie-Stokes equations with axial symmety can be witten using the cylindical coodinates as (.a) (.b) (.c) u θ t +u u θ +uz u θ z = ν( )uθ u u θ, ωt θ +u ω θ +u z ωz θ = ν( + )ωθ uθ u θ z + u ω θ, [ ]φθ = ω θ, whee the adial and angula velocity fields u (,z,t) and u z (,z,t) ae ecoveed fom the steam function φ θ based on the Biot-Savat law (.d) u = z φ θ, u z = (φ θ ). Note that the equations fo angula velocity (.a), axial voticity (.b), and the Biot-Savat law (.c)-(.d) fom a closed system. Equations (.) have a fomal singulaity on the axis = 0 due to the tems. Using the fact that the angula component u θ (,z), ω θ (,z) and φ θ (,z) can all be viewed as odd functions of [9], Hou and Li intoduced the following tansfomed vaiables in [4], (.) u = uθ, ω = ωθ, φ = φθ, to emove the fomal singulaity in (.). This leads to the following efomulated axi-symmetic Navie-Stokes equations: (.3a) (.3b) (.3c) u,t +u u, +u z u,z = ν( z)u +u φ,z, ω,t +u ω, +u z ω,z = ν( z )ω +(u ) z, [ z ]φ = ω, with the Biot-Savat law given by (.3d) u = φ,z, u z = φ +φ,. In [0], a family of 3D models fo axi-symmetic Eule and Navie-Stokes equations was poposed by changing the Biot-Savat law (.3d): (.4) u = ǫφ,z, u z = ǫφ +ǫφ,, to study the potential stabilizing effect of the convection tems.
GLOBAL REGULARITY 5 The viscous model (.4) enjoys the following scaling-invaiance: (.5) u (,z,t) ( τ u z,, t ), ω τ τ (,z,t) ( z ω τ τ 3,, t τ τ τ The modified velocity field (.4) is still divegence-fee v = ǫ ((u ) +(u z ) z ) = 0. It was poved in [0] that the models (.4) with ǫ [0,) shae seveal egulaity esults with the oiginal Eule and Navie-Stokes equations, including an enegy identity, the consevation of a modified ciculation quantity, the BKM non-blowup citeion, and the Podi-Sein non-blowup citeion. Smooth solutions to the models (.4) with ǫ [0, ) enjoy the following enegy identity with u θ = u : d (u ) +(u z ) + dt ǫ (uθ ) ddz (.6a) = ν u + u z + (u ) + (u θ ) ddz. ǫ Note that the modified enegy functional in (.6a), (.6b) E ǫ = d (u ) +(u z ) + dt ǫ (uθ ) ddz is equivalent to that of the oiginal Eule and Navie-Stokes equations, E, (.6c) min(, ǫ )E E ǫ max(, ǫ )E. Based on (.6a), we have the following a pioi estimates of the solutions (.6d) u θ (,z,t) L, u (,z,t) L, t 0 t φ,z (s) L ds = (s) ǫ u Lds C. We define the modified total ciculation Γ ǫ as (.7a) Γ ǫ = u /ǫ, and then Γ ǫ satisfies the following equation ( (.7b) Γ ǫ t +u Γ ǫ +u z Γ ǫ z = ν ( ǫ ) + ) ǫ ( ǫ ) Γ ǫ. 0 Then fo the inviscid model with ν = 0, o the viscous model with ν > 0, ǫ, we have the following maximum pinciple (.7c) Γ ǫ (,z,t) L Γ ǫ (,z,0) L = Γ ǫ 0 L. Fo the viscous models with ǫ >, the quantity Γ ǫ is indeed subcitical with espect to the invaiant scaling of the equations in (.5), which is the key in ou poof of the global egulaity esult fo the models in this pape. ).
6 TY HOU, P LIU, AND F WANG Both the inviscid models and the viscous models enjoy the following BKM type citeion fo smooth initial data with decay at infinity. If (.8a) then (.8b) T 0 v(x,t) BMO dt < +, v(x,t) L (H 4 (R 3 ),[0,T]). The viscous models also enjoy the Podi-Sein type of egulaity citeion fo smooth initial data with decay at infinity. If (.9a) v(x,t) L q (L p (R 3 ),(0,T)), then (.9b) 3 p + q v(x,t) L (H 4 (R 3 ),[0,T]). =, p (3,+ ], q [,+ ), In [0], convincing numeical evidence is pesented to show that the inviscid models with weak convection could develop stable self-simila singulaity on the symmetic axis. The singulaity scenaio in [0] is diffeent fom that at the bounday descibed in [0, 5] in the sense that the cente of the singulaity egion is not stationay but taveling along the symmetic axis. As the stength of the convection tems inceases, the self-simila singulaity scenaio becomes less stable. Such finite-time singulaity scenaio does not seem to pesist fo the models with stong convection (ǫ ǫ 0 fo some ǫ 0 > 0), specifically the oiginal axi-symmetic Eule equations. These esults demonstate the potential stabilizing effect of the convection tems. In this wok, we pove the global egulaity of the viscous models when the stength of convection slightly stonge than the oiginal Navie-Stokes, i.e. ǫ ( 0,). The esult 9 poved in this wok futhe demonstates the potential stabilizing effect of convection in axi-symmetic Navie-Stokes equations. The modified total ciculation Γ ǫ (.7) is subcitical with espect to the scaling (.5) fo all ǫ >. Howeve, the estimate (.7) can only contol the angula component of the velocity, and using the technique pesented in this wok we can only pove the egulaity of the models fo ǫ ( 0,), not (,). 9 Some impotant pogess has been made egading the egulaity of the axisymmetic Navie-Stokes equations ecently; see [,, 6, ], and we mention a few elated woks below. In [4], Hou and Li poposed a D model by esticting the equations (.3) to the symmetic axis. Using a cancellation popety in the equation fo u,z, they poved the global egulaity of the D model with o without viscosity. In [3], the cancellation popety used in [4] was futhe exploited, and seveal citical egulaity citeia concening only the angula velocity ae poved. In paticula, the authos of [3] showed that if d u θ L q (L p (R 3 ),(0,T)) with 3 d [0,), (p,q) {( d, ] [ d, ]}, 3 p + q d,
GLOBAL REGULARITY 7 then the solutions can be smoothly extended beyond T. In [8], the global egulaity was obtained if Γ C ln, and this esult was late impoved to Γ C ln 3 in [5]. The cancellation popety in the equation of u,z is cucial fo the esults in [3, 8, 5]. Howeve, fo the family of models (.4) that we study in this pape, this cancellation is destoyed due to the change of stength in the convection tems in (.4). 3. Poof of the main esult In this section we pove the main esult Theoem.. We need the following Hady inequality in D, see [7]. Lemma 3.. If λ >, σ, f() is a nonnegative measuable function, and then (3.) F() = 0 f(t)dt, fo σ >, F() = 0 σ F λ λ d ( σ )λ 0 f(t)dt, fo σ <, σ (f) λ d. We also need the following elliptic estimates [8,, 7, 5] Lemma 3.. Fo axi-symmetic smooth functions φ (,z) and ω (,z) in R 3, which satisfy the elliptic equation we have the following estimates φ φ = ω, (3.) φ L C ω L, φ,z L C ω L. Lemma 3.3. Fo smooth solution of the model (.4), u and ǫ (,ǫ), (3.3a) with (3.3b) u (,z) ǫ f() ddz C () C ( ) = C Γ ǫ 0 ǫ L ǫ ǫ f ddz +C ǫ ǫ f ddz, ( ) ǫ, lim ǫ ǫ 0 +C ( ) = 0. Poof. Let ψ() be a adial cutoff function such that { (3.4) ψ() C, (R), ψ() =, 0 ψ(), ψ (). 0,
8 TY HOU, P LIU, AND F WANG Denote ψ () as ψ( ), then we have (3.5) u ǫ f() ddz = u ǫ (f()ψ ()+f()( ψ ())) ddz u ǫ f() ψ () ddz + u ǫ f() ( ψ ()) ddz. Using the maximum pinciple (.7), we have (3.6) u (,z,t) Γ ǫ L ǫ Γ ǫ 0 L ǫ. Putting (3.6) in the fist tem on the RHS of (3.5), and using the Hady inequality (3.), we get (3.7) u ǫ f() ψ () ddz Γ ǫ 0 ǫ L ǫ ǫ f()ψ () ddz ( ) ǫ C Γ ǫ ǫ 0 ǫ L ǫ (f()ψ ()) ddz C Γ ǫ 0 ǫ L ( ǫ ǫ ǫ ) [ ǫ ǫ C Γ ǫ 0 ǫ L ( ǫ ǫ ǫ ] ǫ ǫ f ddz + ǫ ǫ f ψ ddz ) ǫ ǫ f L +C Γǫ 0 ǫ L ( ǫ ǫ ǫ ) ǫ ǫ f ddz. Fo the second tem in (3.5), using the estimate (3.6), we have (3.8) u ǫ f ()( ψ ()) ddz C Γ ǫ 0 ǫ L ǫ ǫ f ddz. Adding up estimates (3.7) and (3.8), we pove (3.). Next we give the poof fo the Theoem.. Without loss of geneality, we assume that ν = in ou poof. Poof. We denote ǫ = 0 < ǫ and conside the following two quantities: 9 ω ddz, u q ddz, q = 4 ǫ. Multiplying the equation of ω (.3b) by ω, we get d ω dt ddz + u (ω ) +u z (ω) z ddz (3.9) = u u,z ω ddz+ ( ω + ω,)ω ddz.
GLOBAL REGULARITY 9 Using integation by pat, we can show that the convection tems vanish due to the incompessibility condition (u ) +(u z ) z = 0: u (ω ) +u z (ω ) zddz = ω ((u ) +(u z ) z )ddz = 0. Fo the viscous tem on the RHS of (3.9), we have (3.0) ω ω ddz = ω ddz. Next we teat the fist ode deivative tem on the RHS of (3.9) as (3.) ω,ω ddz = (ω ) ddz = Using integation by pat and Young s inequality leads to u u,z ω ddz = u ω,zddz (3.) u 4 ddz + ω ddz. ω (0,z,t) dz 0. Fo the fist tem on RHS of (3.), using Lemma 3.3 and q = 4 ǫ, we get (3.3) u 4 ddz = u ǫ u q ddz C( ) ( u q ) ddz +C u q ddz. Adding up estimates (3.0) and (3.3) in (3.9), we have (3.4) d ω dt ddz + ω ddz C( ) ( u q ) ddz +C u q ddz. Next we conside the equation of u, (.3a) and multiply both sides by u q u to obtain (3.5) d u q ddz + u u q +u z u q dtq q zddz = u q φ,z ddz+ ( u + u,) u q u ddz.
0 TY HOU, P LIU, AND F WANG Again the convection tems vanish due to incompessibility. Fo the diffusion tem, using estimates simila to those fo the ω equation, we aive at ( u + u,) u q u ddz (3.6) 4(q ) = q 4(q ) q ( u q ) ddz q ( u q ) ddz. u (0,z) q dz Next we decompose the nonlinea tem on the RHS of (3.5) into two pats (3.7) u q φ,z ddz = u q φ,z ψ()+ u q φ,z ( ψ())ddz, whee ψ() is the cut-off function defined in (3.4) that satisfies ψ() = fo. Fo the second tem on the RHS of (3.7), Young s inequality implies, u q φ,z ( ψ())ddz (3.8) u q + φ,z ddz u u q + φ,z ddz Γ ǫ 0 q L u ddz + u ǫ ddz C, whee we have used the a pioi estimates (.6) in the last step. As fo the fist tem on the RHS of (3.7), we denote (3.9) g(,z) = φ,z (,z)ψ() and have (3.0) u q g(,z)ddz whee the exponents α, β ae u α u β g(,z) ddz, (3.) α = 6 8ǫ 4 ǫ, β = (ǫ ) 4 ǫ, α+β = q = 4 ǫ. Then applying Young s inequality with L = 4 ǫ 4 ǫ, L = 4 ǫ ǫ, L + L =, we obtain (3.) u q g ddz = u Lα ddz+c u Lβ g L ddz u 4 ddz +C u ǫ g(,z) 4 ǫ ǫ ddz.
GLOBAL REGULARITY The fist tem in (3.) is teated as in the estimate (3.3). Fo the second tem on the RHS of (3.), using Lemma 3.3 with = and the fact that g(,z) = 0 fo, we obtain (3.3) = C u ǫ g(,z) 4 ǫ ǫ ddz C g (,z) g(,z) 4 3ǫ Using the following intepolation inequality, (3.4a) (3.4b) we have (3.4c) ( g(,z) 4 ǫ ǫ ) ddz ǫ ddz C g(,z) 4 3ǫ ǫ g(,z) L C g(,z) L g(,z) L, g(,z) L C g(,z) 4 L g(,z) 3 4 L, g(,z) ǫ 4 6ǫ g(,z) 4 3ǫ ǫ L L +4 L g(,z) L. 3ǫ L. C g(,z) ǫ 6ǫ L g(,z) 8 4ǫ Using (3.4) in (3.3), we have u ǫ g(,z) 4 ǫ ǫ ddz C g(,z) 4 3ǫ ǫ L g(,z) L [ = C g(,z) 4 3ǫ ǫ g(,z) ǫ 4 ] L 6ǫ L g(,z) 4+ǫ (3.5) 6ǫ L C g(,z) 4+ǫ 6ǫ 6ǫ L g(,z) 4+ǫ 3ǫ L. L g(,z) 8 4ǫ In deiving the above estimate, we have used the intepolation inequality (3.4) such that the exponents fo g(,z) L and g(,z) L ae the same in the RHS of (3.5). Since ǫ = 0, using Young s inequality with 9 (3.6) L = ǫ 4+ǫ, L = 6ǫ 8 4ǫ, L + L =, in (3.5), we have u ǫ g(,z) 4 ǫ ǫ ddz (3.7) ( ) C(δ) g(,z) 4+ǫ 6ǫ L g(,z) 4+ǫ L ( 6ǫ L +δ g(,z) 8 4ǫ 3ǫ L = C(δ) g(,z) L g(,z) L +δ g(,z) L. Since g(,z) = φ,z ψ() and ψ() is constant fo, we have (3.8a) g(,z) L C φ,z L, (3.8b) g(,z) L C φ,z L +C φ,z L, ) L (3.8c) g(,z) L C φ,z +C φ,z L +C φ,z L.
TY HOU, P LIU, AND F WANG By the a pioi estimate (.6), we have (3.9) φ,z L = u L u L C. In view of (3.7), we get fom (3.8) and (3.9) u ǫ g(,z) 4 ǫ ǫ ddz Cδ φ,z L +C φ,z L φ,z L (3.30) +C φ,z L +C φ,z L +C. Employing the elliptic estimate (3.) in (3.30), we deduce u ǫ g(,z) 4 ǫ ǫ ddz Cδ ω,z L +C ω L φ,z L (3.3) +C ω L +C φ,z L +C. Putting the estimates (3.3), (3.8), (3.3) in (3.5), we get d u q ddz +C( C ( )) ( u q ) L dt Cδ ω L (3.3) C φ,z L ω L +C φ,z L +C ω L +C. At last, choosing, δ small enough, and adding up (3.4) with (3.3) give d ω + u q ddz +C ω + ( u q ) ddz dt (3.33) C( φ,z L +)( ω + u q ddz)+c φ,z +C, which togethe with the a pioi estimate (.6) implies T (3.34) ω(t)+ u (T) q ddz + ω + ( u q ) ddzds C whee the constant C may depend on the initial data and T. To pove the global egulaity of the solutions, we conside (3.35) v(x) L 4 C u θ L 4 +C u L 4 +C u z L 4. 0 Fo the u θ L 4 tem in (3.35), using estimates (.6), (.7), and (3.34), we obtain (3.36) u 4 4 ddz = u q u ǫ 4 ddz + (u θ ) Γǫ 4 ddz ǫ Γ ǫ 0 ǫ L u q ddz + Γ ǫ 0 L (u θ ) ddz C. Then we conside the equation fo ω θ = ω, which is (3.37) ωt θ +u ω θ +u z ωz θ = u ωθ + (uθ ) z +( )ωθ.
GLOBAL REGULARITY 3 Multiplying both sides of (3.37) by ω θ and integating, we get d (ω θ ) ddz + u (ω θ ) +u z (ω θ ) dt zddz (3.38) u (u = (ωθ ) θ ) z ddz + ωθ ddz ω θ + (ωθ ) ddz. The convection tems vanish due to the incompessibility condition, and fo the fist nonlinea tem in (3.38), we have u (ωθ ) ddz u L (ω θ ) ddz = ǫ φ,z L ω θ L (3.39) C( φ,z L + φ,z L ) ω θ L C( φ,z L + ω L ) ω θ L, whee we have used the Biot-Savat law (.4) ǫφ,z (,z) = u, the Sobolev embedding, and the elliptic estimate (3.) in the last step. Fo the second nonlinea tem in (3.38), we have (u θ ) zω θ ddz (u θ = ) ωz θ ddz (3.40) (u θ ) 4 ddz+ ωθ. The fist integal tem in (3.40) is estimated as (u θ ) 4 (u θ ) 4 (u θ ) 4 ddz = ddz+ ddz (u θ ) 4 ddz + u 4 ddz (3.4) (u θ ) 4 ddz + u 4 ǫ u ǫ ddz C +C Γ ǫ 0 ǫ L C. Adding up the estimates (3.39), (3.40) and (3.4) in (3.38), and using the Gonwell s inequality, we get that Then since using Sobolev embedding, we have ω θ (t) L C. u e +u z e z = ǫ ( ) (ω θ e θ ), u e +u z e z L 6 (u e +u z e z ) L C ω θ L C. Then based on the a pioi estimate (.6), we have u e +u z e z L 4 u e +u z e z 3 4 L 6 u e +u z e z 4 L C. This togethe with the estimate (3.36) and the Podi-Sein citeion (.9) implies the global egulaity of the solutions.
