27 INVESTOR RELATIONS W H Y L U C R E I S A S A F E B E T F O R Y O U R M O N E Y 27 F U N D S A L L O C A T I O N O N G O I N G R E Q U I R E M E N T F O R W O R K I N G C A P I T A L RETAINING PRE-ICO AND PRIVATE SALE FUNDS Lucre is holding a private sale in order to crowd-fund capital required to maintain payment schedules for the expensive pre-ico processes one is required to undertake.this will consume at least 80%+ of all pre-ico budgets for services including but not limited to development resources, marketing resources, legal process fees, advisor and contractor fees, due overheads, listing costs, marketing campaigns, advertising costs, PR costs and costs for attending relevant conferences and speaking engagements. The amount of services would depend on budgets, however Lucre is calculating allocation based on the bare minimum required in order to get legal processes, marketing overhead costs, dev additional resource costs and company registrations completed. In the event Lucre raises the minimum, then no funds will be retained for the company and/or payouts. If Lucre raises more than required, those funds would go into extended marketing processes and if possible, 10-20% retained for operations and fine-tuning prior to ICO. RETAINING ICO FUNDS FOR OPERATIONS Lucre hopes to raise up to hard cap of US$40M in funds during the overall pre and main ICO process. Of that, Lucre will aim to retain up tp 15% of funds raised in order to have funds available for operational costs post ICO. These costs involve but are not limited to exchange listing costs (which are as high as US$2.3M for a big global exchange), resources for managerial roles, Global Business Development costs, Liquidity for financial support of the Lucre community and LCR holders, setting up a reasonably strong presence in gambling-friendly locations to support the LCR community, and a number of on-ground resources to advocate for the use of LCRX and aid in sales, marketing and adoption on an ongoing basis. The amount of funds raise will determine the duration for which Lucre can sustain operations comfortably before additional revenue streams begin to come into effect to aid the operational process. MINIMUM VIABLE OPERATIONAL COSTS Lucre will officially disclose a soft cap of US$4M and a hard cap of US$40M during the ICO process. However, this is what Lucre feels is a comfortable to be able to really maximize operations and bolster marketing and development requirements. The soft cap set is set in order to include at least one large listing exchange's costs and a few development and marketing resources if nothing else. The goal is have enough to deliver on commitments to the community and be able to deliver quality, even if it takes longer to put together capital required for operations in the long term.

The exchanges, either global or geographically bound, ensure that LCRX is listed in one way or another on an exchange that everyone has access to at the time of launch. Some large exchanges do not carry "gambling" related tokens, and even with discussions going forward if that remains a criteria then the goal is to still be accessible through other and as many exchanges as possible from the get-go. Additionally, funds received through the ICO that are used for operations will cover larger exchange fees where required. L A U N C H P L A N Post ICO and exchange launch, Lucre will immediately work on final dev and adoption-specific marketing activities. The reason for setting soft cap at ICO at US$4Million is to ensure an extremely strong allocation of resources, areas of legal operation and company costs.
