My dad was a fireman and back in the 70s in our town they were drilling well and they fractured shale which caused natu ral gas to seep up through the ground which of course was an explosion risk. They called in dowsers who were able to locate the fractures so they could be sealed up. They didn't use forked sticks b ut used pendulum type devices. Anyways I wondered if anyone had thoughts regard dowsing and whether it is an occult practice.
