2 Most people will agree that the world today is in total chaos. Many question why there is so much evil in an affluent society such as Ireland and The British Isles. Unfortunately the answer lies in the fact that in these islands and the world in general, a large percentage of people, we believe, have a total disregard for God. We live in a society where God s Biblical order is in reverse. Every abomination which The Lord hates has been legalised consequently society finds itself in a pathetic state. So it is no surprise that, just like every other country, Ireland and The British Isles are steeped in The Occult, commonly called devil worship. Some will say that witchcraft/satanism or black magic/white magic, are very different things, that may be so, but the devil is still the one who owns both camps. Unfortunately not only young people, but all age groups, from all walks of life, even professional people are involved in this soul-destroying practice of evil. Some are in positions to influence the Political, Economic, Industrial and Education systems. Even the Church is not exempt from infiltration. If you are involved in The Occult to any degree - you are in great danger!! You may be blinded and ensnared by that subtle, lying deceiver, the devil. He may have promised you health, wealth and power, but when invited into your life your only reward will be a life of misery, destruction, and worst of all unless you repent and trust The Lord Jesus Christ, you will spend eternity in Hell. Maybe you are involved and would love to be free but find it seemingly impossible. Well, here is GOOD NEWS for you. You can be free through The Lord Jesus Christ and His Precious Blood which was shed for you at Calvary. Jesus died, not only to save and cleanse you from your sins but to deliver you from every bondage of the devil. Jesus, through His death and resurrection, defeated the devil at Calvary. That Calvary Victory is still the same today There s Power in the Blood of Jesus. The devil and his demons flee at the very mention of Jesus Name. THE BLOOD OF JESUS CHRIST, GOD S SON, CLEANSETH US FROM ALL SIN. 1 John 1 v 7. So don t be deceived one more day. CALL UPON JESUS - NOW. Repent of your sins. Renounce all occult involvement ask Jesus to come into your life and give you the freedom you so desperately long for. There shall not be found among you any one that maketh his son or his daughter to pass through the fire, or that useth divination, or an observer of times, or an enchanter, or a witch, or a charmer, or a consulter with familiar spirits, or a wizard, or a necromancer. 3 Warning - Doorways to Danger. Ouija boards, tarot cards, fortune-telling in all the different forms, hypnotism, seances, etc. are inflicting spiritual, mental and physical damage to countless people, many still at school. Seemingly harmless activities such as Horoscopes and Hallowe en parties can all be part of the process leading individuals deeper, and deeper into the realms of the occult. Very often these so-called harmless practices or activities can be doorways for evil to infiltrate a person s life. It can all start as a bit of fun, but when pursued, can result in a catastrophic, gruesome encounter with the devil. There is a great demand for all the things which God hates, such as Fortune-telling, charming and water divination. Many see the ouija board, tarot cards, etc. played in their own homes. Fortune-telling and card-playing enthusiasts have regular get-togethers in numerous homes up and down the land. Interest in the occult is further fuelled by the bombardment of occult related material in magazines, books, the cinema, video, television and the internet. It is our belief that a lot of children s TV is influenced by occult enthusiasts. A number children s cartoons promote violence, magic and the occult. We believethe minds of little children are being trained to accept these things as the normal. Statistics prove that an ever increasing number of children have mental problems. Is it any wonder? Some children from infancy onwards are watching cartoons of scary monsters, ghosts violence etc. As a result they have nightmares some have behavioural problems which get worse as they get older. It is common knowledge that on many occasions treachers have refused to teach some children because their behaviour. Society today is crowded with young people who are uncontrollable - a law unto themselves. If you check their background you will find in most cases that they have been exposed to watching all sorts of horrible devil-inspired cartoons, horror movies or DVD s. There is an excellent book which all parents should read, it is called - Turmoil in the Toy Box - by Joan Hake Robie. It is a real eye-opener. Demon Possession. News Reports of terrible atrocities, horrendous murders, abuse of children and old people, even shocking cruelty to animals, seem to us to show that there are demon-possessed people on our streets. Those who are possessed by the devil, are used by him, just like puppets on a string, to do whatever he pleases. Just consider all the news reports of those who have gone into schools, supermarkets, airports, or crowded streets, shooting or stabbing all around them. They have no conscience whatsoever. Age or condition has no bearing on these demon-possessed killers. Suicide is in epidemic proportions in our society today. Sadly there are various reasons why people take their own lives. For adults it could be sickness, unemployment, debt, marital breakdown etc.- in fact any situation whereby they cannot cope. For young people - it could be bullying at school, problems at home, stress of exams, some form of abuse, etc. - again there are various reasons. Call upon Jesus when thoughts of suicide overwhelm you He can help you cope no matter how difficult the situation. We believe, the majority of suicides are as a result of occult involvement. In 1990 a Christian friend of ours sent out 1200 letters to Ministers and Pastors in Northern Ireland, warning of the impending danger. Being involved in Christian Ministry he was very aware of the increasing volume of occult-related problems. Only a very small percentage responded to that warning letter but it is now abundantly clear that it should have been taken seriously.

4 Almost 20 years on the evidence is before us. What a sad state of affairs! People need Jesus in their lives. Only Jesus who can change the present situation. Prayer in The Name of Jesus - changes things. Prayer in The Name of Jesus, puts the devil and his demons to flight.! The Lord Jesus Christ is calling His true believing people everywhere to turn whole-heartedly to Him and PRAY, PRAY, PRAY. The Bible says: When the enemy shall come in like a flood The Spirit of The Lord shall lift up a standard against him. Isaiah 59 v 19. Occultic influence of the 1960 s. The Occult has always existed to a greater or lesser degree, but the l960 s saw a great awakening and increased interest in many occult practices, not only in Ireland and the U.K, but worldwide, especially through the music scene. What leaps and bounds satan has taken since the 1960 s. Thousands of young lives have been claimed, especially through suicide, drink and drugs. Now there is the added danger of the Internet with many websites promoting satanism, suicide, and every type of evil imaginable. Music! Music! Music! From the 1960 s to this present time a number of recordings have subliminal messages to satan. Its all about mind-control get a young person s mind through the music and you can control them to do what you want them to do even to take their own life. We believe there is evidence of this!! Some Rock, Rave, Rap & Heavy Metal groups openly confess their allegiance to satan. They openly admit they are actively involved in a recruitment campaign for him. Their recordings not only promote satanism but also suicide, murder, anarchy, violence and rebellion. This is openly displayed on their Album covers, posters etc. We believe that all of this information can be proven. Rock concerts and Rock Festivals, in our view, are nothing more than massive gatherings for satan worship. At some rock concerts satanic rituals have even taken place on stage. The Christian Documentary Hell s Bells which warns young people of the dangers of the occult, shows a young woman on the stage at a Rock Concert, going through the ritual of singing a litany to the devil while she sells her soul to him. This has to be any parent s worse nightmare. There are countless horrific stories of young people committing suicide after listening to devil-inspired music. Many Rock/Rave/Rap & Heavy Metal groups believe they are on a winner. How deceived they are. The devil has them dancing like puppets on a string. These groups are deceiving and drawing in countless unsuspecting young people, but when it suits the devil, he robs group members of their lives also. It is amazing the number of Pop Stars who have died young, through drug abuse, alcohol, suicide etc. Others have been killed in freak accidents or strange circumstances. The devil always claims his pound of flesh!! How many families have watched their young son or daughter, who was well brought up, innocent and well-mannered, go through a complete character change, becoming rebellious and uncontrollable. This dramatic change very often occurring after the young person attended a rock concert, or maybe as a result of

5 spending hours in his/her own bedroom listening constantly to devil-inspired music or playing fantasy role-playing computer games. Perhaps there may be involvement in some demonic activity such as the ouija board. In any case, parents need to be alert, we are not talking here of the rebellious stage which some young people go through in early teens. This is something much deeper and much more sinister which needs to be addressed with God s wisdom and Prayer. If you are a Parent in this situation, don t be afraid to seek help from a Christian source. The Christian approach is the only way to deal with this kind of problem. Always remember what The Bible says:- We wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. Ephesians 6 v 12. The devil was defeated by the precious Blood of Jesus shed at Calvary and today there is still Resurrection Power in the Blood. That Calvary Victory is always found by trusting Jesus for His Salvation. Suicide Pacts. Friend shooting friend or couples over-dosing together. Committing suicide in order to be together forever in a wonderful place, as they think!! What a horrible trick of the devil. Deceiving so many with such lies!! Sometimes young people feel they don t fit into society they will spend hours in their room surfing the internet delving into all sorts of evil websites which can lead to disaster. It has been known that some people advertise on the internet for a partner with whom to commit suicide. Society really must wake up to the seriousness of the evil in our midst. Voices in the head. How many times have we heard or read of people who felt they were going mad, voices in their head driving them crazy. In all these cases satan has been allowed access in some way, let it be through excessive use of drugs, alcohol, gluesniffing, hypnotism, ouija boards, seances, fortune-telling, crystal ball, tarot cards, etc. They have submitted themselves to some form of demonic activity. Then of course, that old subtle, lying deceiver, the devil, will come along to torture the victim s mind, in order to encourage him or her to commit suicide. That is his ultimate plan. For too long people have been stiff-necked and rebellious, turning their backs upon God and giving allegiance to satan. It is time to turn the tide. Time to call out to JESUS for His help. Praise God, many of His people are at long last getting their act together, they are rising up in The Name of Jesus Christ. They are Praying fervently to see the floodtide of evil pushed back, not in their own strength but in the might and the power of The Almighty, All powerful God - The Lord Jesus Christ. If you are involved in the occult - your future for all eternity is at stake. If you now understand the seriousness of your situation and long to be free to have Jesus as your Saviour. Then in genuine repentance from your heart Pray in Jesus Name. Dear Lord Jesus, Thank you for showing me the evil of the occult with all its deception. Right now I earnestly renounce and repent of my involvement. I

6 genuinely repent of all my sin and ask you to please forgive me and cleanse me in your Precious Blood. I now realise and thank you that you died on the cruel cross of Calvary to save me from my sins and to deliver me from the clutches of the devil. I want to receive and trust You now as my personal Lord and Saviour, that through You, that Calvary Victory will be a reality in my life. Help me to live and walk in your ways - to tell others about YOU from this day forth for as long as I live. Thank you Lord Jesus. Amen.
