2 2 We have prepared some information that may be helpful in your preparation for coming to the deliverance program. When: Housing: The Deliverance program is 2 nd Thursday Sunday of every month. To reap the whole benefit of the program, its mandatory to attend Thursday to Saturday night services and we recommend you to stay for Sunday service. We recommend that you arrive before 2pm on Thursday so can settle down and be ready for service at 7pm. Any arrival after 5pm on Thursday, you ll have to catch a taxi to the church. Confirmation of your attendance is required. If Housing is needed, go to or you can click on the Need Deliverance tab on the main site Cost: Your will be sharing rooms with other candidates but have your own bed. $ per bed with up to four beds per room. $25 per day for extra days. Maximum capacity per room is 4. If you don t want to share, you pay $250 for the whole room or stay at a hotel. *Covers room stay for all 3 nights, Thursday to Sunday. Inform us if you ll be staying extra days. Transportation Airport/bus station pickup and drop off $20. That s $10 one way from AEX or greyhound station. For hotel stay, Daily Hotel pickup and drop off $10 per day or you rent your own car. We don t recommend that you get here or leave during service times but if that happens, you will dropped off before service begins or you take a taxi. Feeding: Fasting should start at 12mindight Wednesday night and last till the program ends on Saturday night which is usually after midnight. We do provide food after the Saturday break at $10 per plate.

3 3 Baby sitting. We don t allow children below 8 to join the adult deliverance service. First child $20 per day Each additional sibling $10 per day. This has to be prepaid so we can arrange for a baby sitter. Travel Arrangements: Please us at info@firepowerministry.org your flight itinerary/ schedule or expected arrival time. If driving, you would need to arrive as early as possible to 1416 Metro Drive, Alexandria La to get settled in and rested prior to the service that will begin on Thursday 7:00pm. Prior To Arrival: Dress Code Women: Please remove all every artificial attachment because these things do prevent or hinder deliverance. Including hair pieces, weaves, fake nails, nail polish, nose, belly, tongue rings etc. Exodus 33:5-6, isaiah 3:16-26,Ex 21:6, Det 15:17. (You will be required to remove them before you are allowed into the program) Remove all jewelry including wedding rings. Only watches are allowed and cannot carry demonic images. Please wear skirts or dresses. They should be long and at least midway between your ankle and knee to cover you properly if you fall. Avoid tight fitted outfits and cleavage revealing top. Sleeveless, armpit revealing tops are not recommended. Dress and shoes prints should not have demonic images like snakes, dragons etc. When packing please bring scarves or hats to cover your head. Signature Date INFORMED CONSENT FOR DELIVERANCE I, have been informed that the ministry of deliverance is a ministry based in religious belief and is not recognized by the secular field of psychology as a method for the resolution of pychological problems. I further understand that the session will be conducted by a trained Deliverance minister. There will also be other deliverance candidates and intercessors present who will be praying for us thoughout the session for God s healing and direction. I recognize that this step of faith has been helpful for many but has not been scientifically proven. I understand that I might experience heightened emotions and memories that were previously unknown or unresolved, that neither I nor anyone else knew about in advance. I understand that there is a possibility that one or more of these memories may be screened or false. I will not hold any of the participants responsible for my memories or behaviors. I give my consent for deliverance, and am in no way being forced, pressured, or coerced to submit to this procedure from any person or entity. I also have the right to terminate the session at any time without penalty. I do understand that if I give any indication that I am currently suicidal or if there is new information about a current molestation of a minor that the deliverance minister will report this immediately to legal authorities.
