METHODOLOGY The process of the image processing can be divided into several processes commonly performed, among which are: First, image acquisition: a process of making a digital image of a real object using sensors. Second, image restoration: an existing image enhancement process. The goal is the same but the image restoration and third, image enhancement carried out by using mathematical functions and the results objectively. Fourth, image enhancement: an image quality improvement process to obtain the desired detail. 6 5. CONCLUSION Village Community Lembang have livelihoods in services and trade. The use of land for building dominated after rice. While the conversion of the land is not much going on.
