Prosperous village will result in a prosperous country. To that end, efforts to empower villagers carried out starting from the definition of borders, as stipulated in Undang-Undang No. 6 /2014. Mapping the village was covered in the regulations. Map of villages that can support the economic empowerment of the region are capable of village maps represent the characteristics of the village. High-resolution imagery as a source of data, which is recommended in the process of mapping the village, should be used to identify the characteristics of the village to be mapped. Lembang village in West Bandung regency characteristics determined using high resolution imagery to identify land cover classification and socio-economic data. Of the process is known that the Village Lembang is the Tourism Village. 1. INTRODUCTION Village or village seen as a starting point the empowerment potential of the region, settlement of the problem in society, and the smallest community to be aware of welfare. The phenomenon is also supported by the rise of social media is based on the village or the village, such as bloggers, website until regulations. The next development is the expansion of many rural areas. As with the Lembang Village District, Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Due to the rapid development of such a solution the creation and administration area. Rural development is strongly influenced by geographical location and natural conditions. The nature of the potential of the village began building the village through its land use. Next will develop into berekonomi activities and lifestyle of the people in the village. Routine activities performed continuously will be a pattern that would become characteristic of the village. Ilsutrasi taken for a case study in District Lembang Lembang Village West Bandung regency. The location of Desa Lembang is 06 49'475" S, '962"E. The area is located in the mountains, the average temperature ranges between C with altitudes between 1,312 to 2,084 meters above sea level.

2 Figure 1. Desa Lembang Location 2. AIM The goal is to identify the characteristics of the village of Lembang using High-Resolution Imagery. 3. METHODOLOGY The process of the image processing can be divided into several processes commonly performed, among which are: First, image acquisition: a process of making a digital image of a real object using sensors. Second, image restoration: an existing image enhancement process. The goal is the same but the image restoration and third, image enhancement carried out by using mathematical functions and the results objectively. Fourth, image enhancement: an image quality improvement process to obtain the desired detail. The difference in Fifth, image restoration, enhancement image success of the process is a subjective measure of a person. Sixth, image analysis: an image analysis process to obtain the necessary data. Seventh, color image processing: image color processing discussing the color space and color processing. Eighth, Wavelets: a basic image processing to produce images with different resolutions. Ninth, Compression: Is the process for saving memory storage space of the image. Tenth, Operation Morphology: The process of obtaining information about the shape of the object contained in an image. Segmentation: The processes of getting the banks that exist in a digital image and the introduction of (Recognition): The process of object recognition contained in an image.

4 4. RESULT The composition of land use can be seen in the following diagram. Figure 3. Landuse Composision of Desa Lembang The land use change from time to time and can be identified the land conversion. The identification results can be seen in the following diagrams. 6 5. CONCLUSION Village Community Lembang have livelihoods in services and trade. The use of land for building dominated after rice. While the conversion of the land is not much going on. Lembang village which has cool weather and the hilly topography have an attraction for tourists. Buildings began to increase in paddy fields and thickets. The building usually lodging, restaurants and other tourist support buildings. Thus the valley village developed into tourist village characterized.
