Synthesis of 5-quinolinamines as Potential Antimalarial Agents. TECHNICAL SKILLS Organic synthesis: Expertise in carrying out various organic synthetic reactions. Synthesis of 5-quinolinamines as potential antimalarial Agents, under the guidance of Dr. Rahul Jain: In this project 12 compounds were synthesized and were confirmed using Mass,N.M.R and I.R spectroscopy. Purity of the sample was checked using HPLC and were evaluated for anti- malarial activity. (NIPER,MOHALI) 2. Synthesis and anti-microbial evaluation of Oxazolidinones derivatives: In this project more than 20 oxazolidinones derivatives were synthesized and confirmed using Mass, N.M.R and I.R spectroscopy. Purity of the sample was checked using HPLC and were evaluated for anti-microbial studies.(nitte UNIVERSITY) 3. Spectroscopic estimation of raltegravir a antiretroviral drug: In this project accurate, precise, specific, and rapid economical method was developed for determination of raltegravir Potassium in pharmaceutical formulations using UV spectroscopy.( (NITTE UNIVERSITY) 4. Development of fungicidal formulation for the management of fruit rot (Kole roga) of arecanut (Areca catechu) caused by phytophthora arecaea for CAMPCO Ltd. 5. Synthesis and biological evaluation of pyrimidine derivatives via pyrrolyl chalcones.
