Manpower and equipments quality and quantity mitigation, preparedness, Respond, Recover in flooding The hospital did not have serious impacts caused by the flood and recovered very soon, since they had PR strategy Prevention, Preparedness, Response, Recovery 5

Workshop Day 16 17 18 19 0 1 Visit Ayutthaya Hospital _Failed Example Plan Actions Ayutthaya Hospital do have 7 phases of flood plan but no awareness, no actions on the preparedness and prevention to face the flooding of last year, even their had training courses frequently. Typhoon center, intensity, D rainfall structure and circulation retrieval Jou (NTU), Lee (NCAR), Xue (OU), Zhao (NJU), Bell (UH), Harasti (NRL), Liou (NCU) Techniques has been developed to retrieve typhoon circulation with reasonable accuracy. The technique can be designed das a tool kit and popularized among APEC MEs.
