2 NOORDUNG ONE WORLD PREMIERE ASTON MARTIN ST. GALLEN - 21 JUNE 2017 On 21 June 2017 the Slovene startup company Noordung Ltd., which developed a smart and prestigious urban electric bicycle for music lovers, introduced its first generation of electric bicycles named Noordung One at the world premiere on the premises of Aston Martin St. Gallen in Switzerland.

The result is this unique bike that reinvents the cycling experience and gives you the ride of your life. At the centre of the bicycle is the innovative boombox, a multifunction device, which in addition to powering the electric motor also enables you to listen to music through your smartphone, charge your smartphone, laptop or other electronic devices and measure air pollution. The startup company Noordung Ltd. has been developing the electric bicycle for a year and a half now and its development will continue in the future, since the company wants to build its brand foundation based on continuous improvements and innovations to always stay one step ahead of the competition. Our goal is to produce the best urban bicycle in the world. Judging by the first reactions, we think we have succeeded in achieving this goal, even though the whole team thinks there is still plenty of room for improvement, says Mr. Gregor Fras, the company s founder and CEO. The Noordung One bicycle builds on exclusivity and prestige, that is why it will be manufactured in smaller series of a few hundred bicycles. Striving to produce a high-end product was an easy decision to make, since we are a team of perfectionists and only the best is good enough for us. A lot of innovations can only be achieved by manual work, which gives the whole product a personality which reflects our passion to strive for excellence, Mr. Fras also pointed out.

4 Features Ride Music. Noordung One is the first bicycle in the world that combines cycling with music. The innovative boombox, which is made entirely out of carbon fibre, contains two state-of-the-art speakers producing a high-quality sound and can connect to your smartphone using the wireless bluetooth technology. Ride Assisted. Noordung One is an electrical bicycle powered by the unique Vivax 4.75 motor, which is entirely concealed in the seatpost of the frame, and with its 800 g it is one of the lightest middrive electric motors in the world. The motor powers the crank with 200 watts and enables more than 60 minutes of assistance with one charge of the battery. Ride Ultralight. By using the carbon fibre and the ultralight Vivax motor, Noordung One despite its robustness is one of the lightest electric urban bicycles in the world with a weight of a little over 15 kg and so can also be perfectly used as a classic bicycle. Its lightness also comes to the fore when one has to carry the bicycle up or down the stairs or in similar situations. Ride Electrified. The boombox of the Noordung One bicycle does not only function as a battery, which powers the motor, but also as a portable charging station with two quick charging USB ports through which you can charge your laptop, smartphone or any other electronic device. With Noordung One, empty phone batteries will be a thing of the past. Ride Smart. The Noordung One boombox has built-in PM10 and PM2.5 particulate matter sensors, which by using a bluetooth application interface send information about the air pollution of the cycling route to your phone which can suggest cleaner alternative routes. With the help of crowdsourcing data collection about the pollution of different cycling routes, soon whole cities could be mapped and maps of cycling routes with the cleanest and freshest air will be available.

5 Noordung One Lineup Four versions of the Noordung One bicycle are available. The first one is called the Moonlight Edition and features a black frame with silver components, the second version is called the Eclipse Edition and features a silver frame with black components. The pre-order price for both versions is 12,000 + tax/import duties. The delivery time is 8 months. In addition to the basic versions of the Noordung One bicycle there is also the Custom Edition, where the clients can choose their own colour combination and customize some of the bicycle components. The price of the Custom Edition starts at 14,000 + tax/import duties and can vary depending on the clients specific wishes and the modifications performed. The delivery time is 8 12 months. The most exclusive version of the bicycle we offer, is the limited series Noordung Angel Edition, with which the company also wants to attract potential investors. By making an investment of 20,000 + tax/import duties the customer or investor receives a bicycle from the Custom Edition and a 1 % share in the company Noordung Ltd.
