11 Q & A Can I extend the stay? If the dates are available, you can extend your stay. Please send me a message then we will get back to asap! Can I delay the check out time? We are sorry but we ask guests to check out by 11 AM. This is because the cleaners will be coming after 11 AM and clean the house before the next guests come. What should I do if I lose the house key? I can give you a spare key in case you lose the key but I will charge you the fee for it. H o w do I check out? Please turn all the lights off when you leave the house. Lock the room s door and return the key to where you obtained it from.
