Trdeliberliztionshould,intheory,incresecountry'snetsocilwellbeing.However,if prtilinterestsretobeconsidered,domesticproducersofcountry sprotectedimported good,whichisthesubjectofliberliztion,willhvelessndlessprofits.thequestionwhich riseiswhotkestheburdenoftrdeliberliztionndwhorepsbenefitsfromit.the nswerisgivenbythestolpersmuelsontheorem. Conclusion TheimofthepperistotesttheStolperSmuelsontheoremusingLgrngemultipliers. AfterthetheoreticlbckgroundoftheStolperSmuelsontheoremtheproofofStolper Smuelson theorem nd Lgrnge multipliers is presented.
