The fuzzy struture of the ontroller evolves in order to ope with the nonlinearity of the plant. Furthermore, the ontroller s parameters (PID-R type) for eah fuzzy rule are also adapted in online manner. The ontroller does not require any mathematial model of the ontrolled plant and it is initialized with the first data point reeived. To test the effetiveness of the ontroller the heat-exhanger (HE) plant was used. HE presents an important part of different industrial proesses and has a nonlinear stati harateristi and a time delay. Additionally, the real sensor s and atuator s limitations represent another hallenge to the ontroller. To assess the performane of the proposed evolving ontroller, a omparison study with lassial PID ontroller was performed. Tuning the PID parameter was done using three different tehniques (Ziegler-Nihols, Cohen-Coon and pole plaement). Samorazvijajoča se meha strutura regulatorja se razvija tao, da porije nelinearna področja proesa. Poleg tega, parametre regulatorja (tipa PID-R) se sproti nastavljajo za vsao meho pravilo posebej (za vsao delovno točo). Regulator za svoje delovanje ne zahteva nobenega matematičnega modela proesa in se iniializira s prvim sprejetim podatom. Delovanje regulatorja smo testirali na pilotno napravo toplotnega izmenjevalnia (HE, ang. Heat-Exhanger). HE predstavlja pomemben sestavni del v proesni industriji in ima nelinearno arateristio ot tudi časovno zaasnitvijo. Senzorji in atuatorji, ot sestavni del proesa, predstavljajo dodaten izziv pri vodenju tao vrstnih proesov. Delovanje samorazvijajočega regulatorja smo primerjali in ovrednotili tudi s lasičnimi nastavitvenimi pravili za nastavljanje PID regulatorjev, ot so metode Ziegler-Nihols, Cohen-Coon in metodo s premianje zaprto-zančnih polov.

2 1 Uvod Vodenje nelinearnih proesov je dandanes še vedno zanimivo in ativno razisovalno področje. Vse večje so zahteve o optimalnem delovanjem regulatorjev, ne glede na spremenjenimi pogoji ali omplesnosti proesov. Linearizaija v delovni toči v ombinaiji s lasičnim PID regulatorjem daje dobre rezultate le v oolii linearizaije, ampa tašen pristop ni primeren za elotno področje nelinearnega proesa. V literaturi najdemo različne regulaijse pristope, i obravnavajo in rešujejo probleme nelinearnih proesov. Na primer, avtorji v [1] so predstavili metodo za samo-nastavljanje PID regulatorjev, i temelji na teorijo Lyaponov-a. V [2] je opisana metoda, i na osnovi loalno linearnih modelov določi in nastavi parametre PID regulatorja. Poleg omenjenih pristopov je še vrsto drugih, i sprotno prilagajajo parametre PID regulatorja s pomočjo različnih pristopov, ot so nevronse mreže [3], genetse algoritme [4] ali pa z metodo PSO [5] (ang. Partile Swarm Optimisation). Mehi sistemi (ang. Fuzzy sistems) prav tao predstavljajo orodje za vodenje nelinearnih sistemov. Njihovo široo uporabnost in popularnost na področju vodenja laho vidimo v [6], jer so predstavljeni različni pristopi vodenja. Najbolj znana in uveljavljena meha sistema sta Mamdani in Taagi-Sugeno (TS). V obeh primerih je mehi sistem definiran ot množio pravil, i vsebujejo relaije, znanje in odločitve. Vsa pravila so vnaprej določena ter njihove pripadnostne funije imajo fisno oblio (npr. triotne, trapezoidne, Gaussove itd.). Poleg lasičnih mehih sistemov, TS [7] in Mamdani [8], v [9] so avtorji predstavili mehega sistema AnYa, i ima poenostavljeno in neparametričeno oblio. Sistem AnYa tvori pripadnostne funije na osnovi prejetih podatov iz proesa. Podati, i imajo podobne lastnosti tvorijo podatovne oblae (ang. data louds), i pravzaprav predstavljajo pripadnostne funije mehega sistema. Vsa nov prejeti podate pripada določenemu pravilu z neo pripadnostjo glede na podobnost med njima. Regulaijsi zaon (RECCo - ang. Robust Evolving Cloud-based Controller), predstavljen v tem članu, temelji na mehem sistemu AnYa. Samorazvijajoča se strutura regulatorja uporablja loalno gostoto podatov ot mero podobnosti med trenutnim podatom in obstoječimi podatovnimi oblai. V primeru, če je loalna gostota manjša ot določeno mejo se doda novo pravilo (podatovni obla). To pomeni, da trenutni podate ni podoben (ne pripada ) nobenemu od obstoječih pravil. Za vsao novo dodano pravilo dodamo tudi nov, loalno ativen, PID-R regulator. Adaptivni del zaona, sprotno prilagaja parametre ativnega PID-R regulatorja. Adaptaija temelji na prinipu padajočega gradienta (ang. gradient deent). Glavni ilj predstavljenega regulatorja RECCo [1] je čim-preprostejša nastavitev začetnih parametrov. Ideja je, da bi onstante regulatorja nastavili na osnovi temeljnega znanja o proesu (območje vhodnega in izhodnega signala, ter časovno onstanto). S prvim prejetim podatom se definira strutura sistema (doda se prvo meho pravilo). Parametre PID-R regulatorja prvega pravila se nastavijo z ničlami. Z nadaljnjimi podati se posodablja strutura ot tudi parametre regulatorja. V prispevu bo predstavljeno vodenje toplotnega izmenjevalnia z adaptivnim samorazvijajočim se regulatorjem. Najprej bo predstavljen regulaijsi algoritem v splošnem, ot tudi prinip samorazvijanja struture ter mehanizem prilagajanja parametrov regulatorja. Potem bo opisan proes toplotnega izmenjevalnia. V 4. poglavju bodo predstavljeni rezultati vodenja. Na onu, v 5. poglavju bomo predstavili glavne ugotovitve in zaljuče. 2 Adaptivni samorazvijajoči se regulator V tem poglavju bo predstavljen adaptivni samorazvijajoči se regulator RECCo. Strutura regulatorja je predstavljena na slii 1. Regulator vsebuje tri glavne omponente, in sier: referenčni model, samorazvijajoči se zaon in adaptivni zaon. Vse tri omponente bodo razložene v tem poglavju. Kot smo že omenili, strutura predstavljenega

Vzorčni del (IF) sistema je definiran z matematičnim operatorjem in označuje mero podobnosti med podatom x = [x 1,x 2,...,x n ] T in podatovnim oblaom X i. Posledični del (THEN) je definiran z loalnim ontrolnim signalom u i. Mera podobnosti med x in X i, oziroma pripadnostna funija se izračuna s pomočjo normirano loalno gostoto: λ i = γi γ j j=1 i = 1,..., (2) jer je γ i loalna gostota i-tega oblaa in trenutnim prejetim podatom x. Podroben opis izračuna loalne gostote je priazan v poglavju Referenčni model Referenčni model definira želeno trajetorijo y r, in želimo, da regulirani signal y, čim-bolje sledi tej trajetoriji. Izbira dinamie referenčnega modela je ljučnega pomena za delovanje elotnega regulaijsega zaona. Ovirne smernie za izbiro primernega referenčnega modela so: časovna onstanta referenčnega modela je enaa (neolio rajša) ot časovna onstanta proesa; prav tao, red modela mora biti ena ali manjši ot red proesa. Cilj regulaijsega algoritma je čim manjši sledilni pogreše: ε = y r y (4) 2.2 Samorazvijajoči se mehanizem Kot smo že omenili, samorazvijajoči se mehanizem v tem prispevu temelji na loalno gostoto podatov z obstoječimi podatovnimi oblai. Izračun loalne gostote γ i v reurzivnem načinu je definiran ot sledi: γ i = x µ i 2 + σ i µi 2 (5) jer je µ i srednja vrednost doler σ i je povprečje vadratov dolžin i-tega oblaa. Reurziven izračun teh veličin je podan z naslednjimi enačbami: µ i = Mi 1 M i µ i M i x, µ i 1 = x 1 (6) σ i = Mi 1 M i σ 1 i + 1 M i x 2, σ1 i = x 1 2 (7) jer je M i je število podatov, i jih vsebuje i-ti obla. Samorazvijajoči se zaon, i je predstavljen v tem prispevu vsebuje le mehanizem za dodajanja novih pravil. Za vsa prejeti podate x je potrebno izračunati loalnih gostot (5). Če je masimalna loalna gostota (max i γ i ) manjša ot določeno mejo γ max, potem, dodamo novo meho pravil. To pomeni, da trenutni podate x ni podoben nobenemu od obstoječih pravil. Sier, podate x dodamo podatovnemu oblau, i ima največjo loalno gostoto.

4 2.3 Adaptivni zaon Posledični del regulaijsega algoritma je sestavljen iz loalnih PID-R regulatorjev, i pripadajo določenemu mehemu pravilu. To pomeni, da loalni regulator velja za določeno operaijso območje proesa: u i = Pi ε +I i Σ ε +Di ε +Ri, i = 1,..., (9) jer so P i, Ii, Di, Ri parametri i-tega loalnega modela, Σ ε je disretni integrator sledilnega pogreša, ε je disretni odvod sledilnega pogreša. Vetor parametrov regulatorja je označen ot θ i = [ P i T,Ii,Di ],Ri in parametri prvega pravila (podatovnega oblaa) so nastavljeni z ničlami θ 1 = [,,,]T. Parametri vsaega novega pravila so iniializirani z povprečjem parametrov prejšnjih loalnih regulatorjev: θ = j=1 jer je indes novo-dodanega oblaa. θ j (1) Pri sprotnem nastavljanju parametrov regulatorja velja pravilo, da se posodabljajo le parametri podatovnega oblaa, do aterega ima trenutni podate največjo pripadnost. Parametri ostalih regulatorjev pa ostanejo onstantni. Adaptivni zaon za vsaega podata posebej je definiran ot sledi: pa se adaptaija nadaljuje brez izračuna absolutnih vrednosti. Izhod regulatorja se izračuna ot uteženo vsoto vseh loalnih PID-R regulatorjev: u = u min + i=1 λ i ui = u min + i=1 γ i ui γ i i=1 (12) jer sta u min in u max minimalna in masimalna vrednost regulirnega signala. 3 Toplotni izmenjevalni V tem prispevu smo uporabili toplotni izmenjevalni ot proes za testiranje učinovitosti predstavljenega regulaijsega algoritma. Shema proesa je priazana na slii 2. Proes je sestavljen iz dveh ločenih toorogov. Toplotno energijo prvega tooroga, preo toplotnega izmenjevalnia, prenesemo na izhod drugega. V primarnem rogu zagotavljamo onstantno temperaturo T e () = onst. s pomočjo termostata. Z odprtostjo ventila V 1 reguliramo preto F () ar predstavlja naša regulirna veličina. Regulirana veličina pa je izhodna temperatura medija v drugem toorogu T sp (). Absolutna vrednost v enačbi (11) se uporablja le za obdobje prvih neaj 5 časovnih onstant, potem 4 Rezultati Kot smo že omenili, regulaijsi algoritem zahteva le osnovo znanje o proesu za nastavitev začetnih parametrov. V onretnem primeru toplotnega izmenjevalnia, je oenjena časovna

5 onstanta proesa enaa τ = 4s, območje regulirnega signala je [u min,u max ] = [4mA,mA] in območje reguliranega signala je [y min,y max ] = [ C,5 C]. Čas vzorčenja je ena T s = 2s. Za pravično ovrednotenje učinovitosti predlaganega algoritma, rezultate smo primerjali z lasičnim PID regulatorjem. Parametre regulatorja smo nastavljali z uporabo nastavitvenimi pravili (Ziegler-Nihols PID ZN, Cohen-Coon PID CC, premianje polov PID PP ). Med temi regulatorji in samonastavljivim adaptivnim regulatorjem smo primerjali vrednosti časa vzpona, masimalnega prevzpona in časa umiritve. Vrednosti teh parametrov so priazani v tabeli 1. Iz tabele je razvidno, da ima regulator RECCo (v neaterih primerih) daljši čas vzpona ot PID PP. Ampa, ima manjši masimalni prevzpon in rajšega časa umiritve ot ostali regulatorji. Referenčni signal r je definiran z stopniami višine 5 C v intervalu od 25 C do 5 C. Referenčni model y r sledi teh spremembah glede na določeno dinamio (3). Na slii 3 je priazana začetna faza vodenja, doler na slii 4 je priazana ončna faza. Cilj vodenja je, da se regulirana veličina y čim bolje prilega referenčnemu modelu.
