3 A new concept in stove fitting Create the perfect fireplace for your stove The Stove Box has been designed to keep site work to a minimum, cutting this down from a 2 day job into less than a full day. To be used with wood, multi-fuel and gas stoves. The Stove Box is delivered as a flat pack, which comprises of 2 sides, a rear panel and a top with a choice of various collars to fit 5-6 stove pipes. Various extras include frames which can be used when a fire surround is not required, stove fascia plates which can be fitted with most fire surrounds with a 1"- 3" rebate and a choice of 10 interiors. The Stove Box can be chopped into an existing chimney breast, built round creating a new false chimney breast and connecting to a new flue system. This is for dwellings with no chimneys when a stove is required. (See our environment brochure). The Stove Box sits on a hearth, face fixes, is then insulated before the chosen interior is fitted and a special sliding collar is bolted to the top of the box for the stove pipe to easily slide through and line up. Various adaptors available to connect to twinwall and liner systems for a quick, and safe install. As a result the stove gives more direct heat into the room, using less fuel. NOTE: The Stove Box must be lined with a fire proof material. All appliances must be fitted by an approved installer. Assessment 13th June 2014 by Kiwa Cre Now an Hetas approved product. 4 The Stove Box The Stove Box is available in 4 fixed sizes and is supplied flat pack. If depth is a problem the SB1 and SB2 now comes as an adjustable option. The Stove Box must be fitted to meet building regulations. The appliance must be fitted by an approved installer and do not fit a stove with a higher kw than suggested. The kw recommendations shown are based on our installations over the last 4 years. The Stove Box is a patented product and the adjustable Stove Box is patent pending. The Stove Box cannot be fitted without a fire resistant interior. We have a number of adaptors for connecting the flue liner, patented adjustable collars which bolt on allowing a sliding movement for easy access to above the box for connecting to the liner is ideal for servicing. We have introduced 2 new boxes that have movement in depth (approximately 4 ) these also come flat pack taking approximately 5mins to assemble. When the hole is chopped out in the chimney breast, the sides and top plate can be adjusted to fit and these have been very popular with our installers. 5 Four fitting options when installing a multi/wood burning stove 1 The Stove Box with all the advantages, with extra's to make a complete fireplace and that can be installed in one day. 2 Our selection of register plates adjustable collars make sitework servicing the stove easier. 4 3 Chamber kits, complete with brick sides and back, frame and a register plate when a stove box will not fit or a cheaper version is required. Our collars are used for various work. For a simple fit up to a clay liner or when a builder has concreted a chamber and left a hole for the stove pipe, just bolts up and around the stove pipe to seal. 6 Two fireplace options when using The Stove Box This is a very popular way of fitting a Stove Box into the chimney breast. Place a chosen frame which covers the front edge of the interior for a simple hole in the wall feature. This shows an exploded view. An example of how simple and effective the Stove Box can be. 7 Brick Arch Fireplace Kit This new fireplace kit is an alternative to a beam or frame and is easy to fit giving character to any room. Consisting of 2 sides and a rear panel, with heat resistant textured plaster, a full arch with fixing brackets, and a register plate including a sliding collar. This kit can sit on any suitable hearth with the one piece arch protruding approximately 1 being plastered neatly with a lintol being fixed behind with the register plate bedded on the chamber. 7

8 Lyndon Brick Fireplace Kit A new feature to our product range. A rustic look with a choice of colours. Comes complete with a solid 4" beam stained (see samples). In our opinion this stunning fireplace will give a cottage feel to any room and is easy to fit. Shown here in a brown brick, natural waxed oak top in a SB1 Stove Box with the brick interior to match. 9 The Cromford Fireplace Kit The Belfast Fireplace Kit The Cromford fireplace kit, an easy to fit fireplace, consisting of 2 sides and a bridging piece and a 4 beam. Can be used as a chamber or our SB1 adjustable Stove Box and interior to match. This fireplace is made larger by introducing our brick arch fascia making it 62 with a wood beam. A hearth to match is also available as shown in dark brown, also available in red brick. This fireplace fits onto a 54 chimney breast. 11 Arched Frame We have introduced this new frame to add to our existing frame options for a more interesting, but simple design. This frame fits our SB1 Stove Box and is shown here in an anthracite finish with shutters in golden oak sitting on a new hand made tiled hearth. Also displayed is the new canopy, which can be attached to the top of the Stove Box and transforms the Stove Box to an open fire/gas situation and also can be attached to flue systems by using an adaptor. 12 Oak Beam This is a very popular fireplace and consists of; SB1 Stove Box with the interior in Adams brick on stone effect slabs for the hearth, A concrete beam effect mantle (which meets the regulation when a wooden beam would be a problem) Each side of the opening is a stop bead, plastered to make a very nice feature to any room. 13 Chelsea Frame The Chelsea Frame gives a new look to the SB2/3 Stove Box. A simple feature to enhance any room where a larger fireplace is not required. 14 Brick Inset This has been designed to fit most surrounds on the market, and when the customer requires a stove fitted without too much disruption (as a standard cut out 22" x 16" ). Also can be fitted with a gas, electric or an open grate. The brick back is multi-coloured and requires a 21/2" rebate. 16 Canopy We have designed a canopy which can be bolted on to our large register plate or Stove Box. It has the advantaged of adjustment to line up with existing flues. Choice of 2 adaptors 6" for gas and 8" for sold fuel systems. Transforms the Stove Box with all its advantages to a dog grate situation. Colour Anthracite. Two options plain or studded. 17 Fascia Plates These items have been designed to be placed in front of the Stove Box and up to the rebate of most surrounds. The interiors used are cut up to the back of the stove fascia plate, depending on the size of the rebate. Hand forged studded black/hand forged. 18 Lined interiors and Chambers The finished look on a fireplace feature, depends on the materials you use. We have added to our range over the years for interiors to our stoveboxes now a choice of 10, also available we can make to order, special sizes in 1-8 materials for customers wishing to fit to a unique size hole. These can fit with our register plates to make a chamber for a stove to be installed.
