Impose Authorization for PFC C-00-TLH was exceeded by $18, as a result of higher than anticipated interest earnings. Collections were increased by the excess transferred and recognized as PFC C-00-TLH. Closeout Amendment No C-03-TLH reflects a reduction in "Impose" Authority and an increase in "Use" Authority and authorizes the transfer of $52,549 of excess collections to PFC C-00-TLH. Amendment No C-00-TLH approved July 13, 2016 for Use effective July 13, 2016, with the estimated charge expiration date of July 1, 2028.
