5 NN Continued (Item 10. COflfillued) 3. Cost and benefits of tbe proposed rule(s): The proposed rules establish the following administrative charges and fees for Certified Recovery Support Worker. Master Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor, Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor, and Licensed Clinical Supervisor licenses: $100 examination administrative charge; $100 administrative charge to retake an examination a second time; $110 fee for reciprocity-based initial licensure (Onlv applicable w Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor); $50 late renewal fee; and $50 fee for the sale of a list of licensees and certification holders. To the e"tent state citizens pay any of the aforementioned fees or administrative charges, they will experience increased costs and state general fund revenue will increase. Under the expired rules, the Office of Professional Licensure and Certification (OPLC) collected $4,200 in examination fees (41 examinations and 1 retake examination) during fiscal year OPLC was unable to provide the number of renewal and sale of list of licensees fees couected. No reciprocity fees were collected. OPLC operated under most of the provisions of the expired rules in fiscal year 2015 with the following exceptions the administrative charge to retake an examination was set at $1l5; the examination fee was $100 until June 2015 and increased to $115 for the remainder of the fiscal year and there was no latc renewal fee in place during fiscal year instead a $100 reinstatement fee was cbarged. During flseal ycar 2015 approximately $11,500 of general fund revenue was collected through the aforesaid administrative charges and fees (102 examinations and retake examinations totaling approximately $10,200 and 6 reinstatement fees totaling $1,300).
