1 Desktp Fnts Agreement End User License Agreement fr Craft Supply C Typefaces This End User License Agreement (hereinafter Agreement ) is a legal agreement between yu, r, if yu represent a legal entity, that legal entity (hereinafter Yu ) and Craft Supply C (hereinafter Craft Supply C ), and is applicable t the Fnt Sftware that is accmpanied by this Agreement r that Yu have rdered nline. By dwnlading r installing the Fnt Sftware Yu agree t be bund by the terms f this Agreement. If Yu d nt agree t the terms f this Agreement, d nt dwnlad, install, r use the Fnt Sftware. 1. Definitins 1.1. Fnt Sftware means cded sftware that is accmpanied by this Agreement r that Yu are abut t rder nline and which generates typeface designs when used with the apprpriate hard- and sftware, plus any and all ther data including dcumentatin prvided with such sftware Licensed Unit means an installatin f the Fnt Sftware that allws up t five (5) cncurrent users t use it at a single gegraphic lcatin. A single gegraphic lcatin is in particular the site f Yur place f business. The gegraphic restrictin des nt apply t prtable cmputers if they are wned by Yu. 2. Grant f License and Restrictins 2.1. Number f Users. Craft Supply C grants Yu a nn-exclusive license t use the Fnt Sftware in a Licensed Unit fr Yur wn persnal r business purpses accrding t the terms f this Agreement. If the number f users wh use the Fnt Sftware exceeds thse set frth in the definitin f Licensed Unit abve, then Yu must request frm Craft Supply C r its authrized distributrs an apprpriate license cvering all users. An additinal fee will be charged fr this license extensin Embedding. Yu may embed the Fnt Sftware in dcuments, applicatins r devices either as a rasterized representatin f the Fnt Sftware (e. g., a GIF r JPEG) r as a subset f the Fnt Sftware as lng as the dcument, applicatin r device is distributed in a secure frmat that permits nly the viewing and printing but nt the editing f the text. Yu need an additinal license frm Craft Supply C r its distributrs (i) fr the use f the Fnt Sftware in dcuments, applicatins r devices permitting editing f the text, if such dcuments, applicatins r devices shall be distributed t third parties r (ii) if the Fnt Sftware is embedded neither as a subset nr as a rasterized representatin.

2 2.3. Backup. Yu may make backup cpies f the Fnt Sftware fr archival purpses nly, prvided that Yu retain exclusive custdy and cntrl ver such cpies. Any backup cpy f the Fnt Sftware must cntain the same cpyright, trademark, and ther prprietary infrmatin as the riginal Service Bureaus. Yu may take a digitized cpy f the Fnt Sftware used in a particular dcument t a cmmercial printer r service bureau fr utputting this particular dcument (this dcument must nt be edited by the printer r service bureau). In the event f any mdificatins t the dcument r use f the Fnt Sftware fr ther purpses, the printer r service bureau must purchase its wn Fnt Sftware licenses Cpying. Yu may nt cpy the Fnt Sftware r allw third parties t cpy the Fnt Sftware except as granted in 2.2. t 2.4. Any allwed cpy f the Fnt Sftware must cntain the same cpyright, trademark, and ther prprietary infrmatin as the riginal Mdificatins. Yu may nt mdify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decmpile, disassemble, alter, r attempt t discver the surce cde f the Fnt Sftware except as expressly prvided fr in Clause 2.2. If Yu want t make mdificatins t the Fnt Sftware, Yu must btain the prir written cnsent f Craft Supply C. 3. Ownership The Fnt Sftware, and all cpies theref, is prtected by the United States Cpyright Law, by the cpyright and design laws f ther natins, and by internatinal treaties. Any cpyright, trademark and ther rights belng exclusively t Craft Supply C. Yu d nt gain the wnership f the Fnt Sftware r any part heref under this Agreement. The structure, rganizatin, and the cde f the Fnt Sftware are trade secrets f Craft Supply C, and Yu agree t treat them as such. 4. Transfer f License Except as expressly prvided herein, Yu may nt give, rent r lease the Fnt Sftware r parts f it t third parties. Yu may transfer all Yur rights t use the Fnt Sftware and dcumentatin t anther persn r legal entity prvided that (i) the transferee accepts and agrees in writing (with cpy t Craft Supply C) t be bund by all the terms and cnditins f this Agreement, and (ii) Yu destry all cpies f the Fnt Sftware and dcumentatin, including all cpies stred in the memry f a hardware device. Withut limiting the generality f the freging, Yu agree that Yu will nt distribute r disseminate all r any part f the Fnt Sftware thrugh any nline service. 5. Limitatin f Liability If the Fnt Sftware des nt perfrm substantially in accrdance with the pertaining dcumentatin, the entire and exclusive liability f Craft Supply C shall be limited t either, at Craft Supply C s ptin, the replacement f the Fnt Sftware r the refund f the license fee Yu paid fr the Fnt Sftware. Craft Supply C and its suppliers d nt warrant the perfrmance r results Yu may btain by using the Fnt Sftware. Craft Supply C and its suppliers make n

3 warranties express r implied, as t nn-infringement f third party rights, merchantability, r fitness fr any particular purpse. In n event will Craft Supply C r its suppliers be liable t Yu fr any cnsequential, incidental r special damages, including any lst prfits r lst savings, even if a Craft Supply C representative has been advised f the pssibility f such damages, r fr any claim by any third party. This warranty des nt affect any claims Yu might have against Yur retailer. 6. Terminatin Craft Supply C has the right t terminate Yur license immediately if Yu fail t cmply with any term f this Agreement. Upn terminatin, Yu must destry the riginal and any cpies f the Fnt Sftware and dcumentatin. 7. General Prvisins Yu agree t infrm all users wh have legitimate access t the Fnt Sftware abut the cntent f this Agreement and t make sure that they cmply with the terms f this Agreement. This Agreement may nly be mdified in writing signed by an authrized fficer f Craft Supply C. If any part f this agreement is fund vid and unenfrceable, it will nt affect the validity f the balance f the Agreement, which shall remain valid and enfrceable accrding t its terms. 8. Gverning Law This Agreement will be gverned by the laws f Indnesia. This agreement will nt be gverned by the United Natins Cnventin f Cntracts fr the Internatinal Sale f Gds, the applicatin f which is expressly excluded.

4 Fnt Sftware EULA App LT FONT SOFTWARE FOR APPLICATIONS LICENSE AGREEMENT WE RECOMMEND THAT YOU PRINT THIS FONT SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR FURTHER REFERENCE. This Fnt Sftware License Agreement (the "Agreement") becmes a binding cntract between yu and Craft Supply C ("Craft Supply C") when yu click n the area marked "ACCEPT LICENSE AGREEMENT," r similar language r when yu accept the Agreement by ther means (fr instance referring t the Agreement in a purchase rder, a cnfirmatin etc.). If yu d nt wish t be bund by the Agreement, yu cannt access, use r dwnlad the Fnt Sftware. Please read this entire Agreement befre agreeing t be bund. The Agreement cntains capitalized terms that are defined in Sectin 12 f the Agreement. Yu hereby agree t the fllwing: 1. Binding Agreement. Yu are bund by the Agreement and yu acknwledge that all use f the Fnt Sftware fr Applicatins supplied t yu by Craft Supply C is gverned by the Agreement. 2. License Grant. Yu are hereby granted a nn-exclusive, nn-assignable, nn-transferable license (subject t all f the terms and cnditins f the Agreement) t (a) embed the Fnt Sftware (i) int an ios, Andrid r Windws Phne Applicatin, and (ii) in a secure manner which des nt allw an End User t access the Fnt Sftware utside f the Applicatin; and (b) distribute wrldwide (subject t the exprt restrictins set frth in Sectin 9 f the Terms and Cnditins) such Applicatin t End Users. Craft Supply C reserves all rights nt expressly granted t yu in this Agreement. 3. Restrictins n Use. The maximum number f distinct Applicatins int which the Fnt Sftware may be embedded may nt exceed the number f Applicatins yu indicated in yur accunt at when licensing the Fnt Sftware. Yu may nt embed the Fnt Sftware (i) in any Applicatin that allws the generatin f utput such as PDFs, wrd prcessing dcuments, spreadsheets, labeled phts, static images, scalable images, advertisements r ther dcuments r data files, r (ii) in any Applicatin that is a server cmpnent in a client/server architecture. The maximum number f distributins f a distinct Applicatin may nt exceed the number f Distributins specified in yur accunt at lcated at when licensing the Fnt Sftware. The Fnt Sftware may nly be embedded in an Applicatin where the Fnt Sftware des nt represent a substantial cmpnent f, and des nt represent the primary value r the functinality f the Applicatin int which it will be embedded. Yu agree that yu will take n actin which will have the direct r indirect effect f causing the Fnt Sftware t becme Publicly Available Sftware r therwise be subject t a Publicly Available Sftware agreement. 4. Alteratins t the Fnt Sftware. Yu may nt alter the Fnt Sftware fr the purpse f adding any functinality that such Fnt Sftware did nt have when delivered t yu by

5 Craft Supply C. If the Fnt Sftware cntains embedding bits that indicate that the Fnt Sftware is nly authrized fr certain purpses, yu may nt change r alter the embedding bits. 5. Transfer f the Fnt Sftware. Yu may nt rent, lease, sublicense, give, lend, r further distribute the Fnt Sftware, r any cpy theref. If yu are a business r rganizatin, yu agree that in case f a reasnable dubt with regard t the prper use f the Fnt Sftware within yur rganizatin, upn request frm Craft Supply C r its authrized representative, yu will within thirty (30) days fully dcument and certify that use f any and all Fnt Sftware at the time f the request is in cnfrmity with yur valid licenses frm Craft Supply C. 6. Cpies. Yu may nt cpy the Fnt Sftware, except as expressly prvided herein. Yu may make a reasnable number f back-up cpies f the Fnt Sftware fr archival purpses nly, and yu shall retain exclusive custdy and cntrl ver such cpies. Any cpies that yu are expressly permitted t make pursuant t the Agreement must cntain the same cpyright, trademark, and ther prprietary ntices that appear n r in the Fnt Sftware. Upn terminatin f the Agreement, yu must destry the riginal and any and all cpies f the Fnt Sftware. 7. Intellectual and Industrial Prperty Rights. Yu agree that the Fnt Sftware is prtected by the cpyright law and ther intellectual and industrial prperty rights f the United States and its varius States, by the cpyright law and ther intellectual and industrial prperty rights f ther natins, and by internatinal treaties. Yu agree t treat the Fnt Sftware as yu wuld any ther cpyrighted material. Yu agree that Craft Supply C, r its third party licensrs, wns all right, title and interest in and t the Fnt Sftware, its structure, rganizatin, cde, and related files, including all intellectual and industrial prperty rights therein such as cpyright, design and trademarks rights. Yu agree that the Fnt Sftware, its structure, rganizatin, cde, and related files are valuable prperty f Craft Supply C r its third party licensrs and that any intentinal r negligent use f the Fnt Sftware nt expressly permitted by the Agreement cnstitutes an infringement f intellectual and industrial prperty rights. Yu agree nt t adapt, mdify, alter, translate, cnvert, r therwise change the Fnt Sftware, r t create Derivative Wrks frm the Fnt Sftware r any prtin theref. Yu further agree nt t use the Fnt Sftware in cnnectin with sftware and/r hardware which create Derivative Wrks f such Fnt Sftware. Yu agree nt t reverse engineer, decmpile, disassemble, r therwise attempt t discver the surce cde r instructins f the Fnt Sftware, prvided, hwever, that if yu are lcated in a Eurpean Cmmunity member cuntry r any ther cuntry which prvides rights materially similar t the rights set frth in this prvisin, yu may reverse engineer r decmpile the Fnt Sftware nly t the extent that sufficient infrmatin is nt available fr the purpse f creating an interperable sftware prgram (but nly fr such purpse and nly t the extent that sufficient infrmatin is nt prvided in a timely manner free f charge by Craft Supply C upn written request.) 8. Trademarks. Yu agree t use trademarks assciated with the Fnt Sftware accrding t accepted trademark practice, including identificatin f the trademark wner s name. Trademarks can nly be used t identify printed utput prduced by the Fnt Sftware. The use f any trademark as herein authrized des nt give yu any rights f wnership in that trademark and all use f any trademark shall inure t the sle benefit f Craft Supply C. Yu may nt change any trademark r trade name designatin fr the Fnt Sftware. Nthing

6 cntained herein shall be deemed as granting yu a license t use any trademark r trade names assciated with the Fnt Sftware. 9. Limited Warranty. Craft Supply C warrants t yu that the Fnt Sftware will perfrm substantially in accrdance with its dcumentatin fr the thirty (30) day perid fllwing delivery f the Fnt Sftware. T make a warranty claim, yu must, within the thirty (30) day warranty perid, cntact Craft Supply C and prvide sufficient infrmatin regarding yur acquisitin f the Fnt Sftware s as t enable Craft Supply C t verify the existence and date f the transactin. The entire, exclusive and cumulative liability and remedy shall be that Craft Supply C will use reasnable effrts t cause the Fnt Sftware t cnfrm t the dcumentatin as sn as cmmercially practicable. CRAFT SUPPLY CO DOES NOT WARRANT THE PERFORMANCE OR RESULTS YOU MAY OBTAIN BY USING THE FONT SOFTWARE. THE FOREGOING STATES THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES FOR CRAFT SUPPLY CO S BREACH OF WARRANTY. EXCEPT FOR THE FOREGOING LIMITED WARRANTY, CRAFT SUPPLY CO MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD PARTY RIGHTS, MERCHANTABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT WILL CRAFT SUPPLY CO BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANYONE ELSE (I) FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, LOST BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR LOST SAVINGS, EVEN IF CRAFT SUPPLY CO HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, OR (II) FOR ANY CLAIM AGAINST YOU BY ANY THIRD PARTY SEEKING SUCH DAMAGES EVEN IF CRAFT SUPPLY CO HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. Sme states r jurisdictins d nt allw the exclusins f limitatins f incidental, cnsequential r special damages, s the abve exclusin may nt apply t yu. Als, sme states r jurisdictins d nt allw the exclusins f implied warranties r limitatins n hw lng an implied warranty may last, s the abve limitatins may nt apply t yu. T the greatest extent permitted by law, any implied warranties nt effectively excluded by the Agreement are limited t thirty (30) days. Sme jurisdictins d nt permit a limitatin f implied warranties where the prduct results in physical injury r death s such limitatins may nt apply t yu. In thse jurisdictins, yu agree that Craft Supply C s liability fr such physical injury r death shall nt exceed One Hundred Thusand Dllars (U.S. $100,000), prvided that such jurisdictins permit a limitatin f such liability. This warranty gives yu specific legal rights. Yu may have ther rights that vary frm state t state r jurisdictin t jurisdictin. The Fnt Sftware is nn-returnable and nnrefundable. 10. Terminatin. Upn failure by yu t cmply with the terms f this Agreement, Craft Supply C shall be entitled t terminate this Agreement upn ntice by regular mail, telefax r . The terminatin f the Agreement shall nt preclude Craft Supply C frm suing yu fr damages f any breach f the Agreement. The Agreement may nly be mdified in writing signed by an authrized fficer f Craft Supply C. 11. Terms and Cnditins. Yu have separately agreed t Craft Supply C s standard Terms and Cnditins which include prvisins relating t gverning law and jurisdictin, exprt restrictins and U.S. gvernment cntracts. In the case f a cnflict between the Terms and Cnditins and this Agreement, this Agreement shall cntrl. 12. Definitins: "Applicatin(s)" means a separate and distinct stand-alne Sftware Prduct, which may be a Cmmercial Prduct, which runs n a platfrm and is made available by yu t End Users r by yu t a distributr wh then makes such Applicatin available t End Users.

7 "Cmmercial Prduct" means a prduct in which the Fnt Sftware has been embedded and which is ffered fr distributin t the general public (r t sme subset f the general public) fr a fee r ther cnsideratin r as a result f yur business activity. "Derivative Wrk" means binary data based upn r derived frm Fnt Sftware (r any prtin f the Fnt Sftware) in any frm in which such binary data may be recast, transfrmed, r adapted including, but nt limited t, binary data in any frmat int which Fnt Sftware may be cnverted. "End User(s)" means the individual r entity which dwnlads an Applicatin t run n a platfrm. "Fnt Sftware" means sftware r instructins which, when used n an apprpriate device r devices, generates typeface and typgraphic designs and rnaments. Fnt Sftware shall include all bitmap representatins f typeface and typgraphic designs and rnaments created by r derived frm the Fnt Sftware. Fnt Sftware includes upgrades r updates (each f which may be prvided t yu by Craft Supply C in its sle discretin), related files, permitted mdificatins, permitted cpies, and related dcumentatin. "Publicly Available Sftware" means each f: (a) any sftware that cntains, r is derived in any manner (in whle r in part) frm, any sftware that is distributed as free sftware, pen surce sftware (e.g. Linux) r similar licensing r distributin mdels; and (b) any sftware that requires as a cnditin f use, mdificatin and/r distributin f such sftware that such sftware r ther sftware incrprated int, derived frm r distributed with such sftware (i) be disclsed r distributed in surce cde frm, (ii) be licensed fr the purpse f making derivative wrks, r (iii) be redistributable at n charge. Publicly Available Sftware includes, withut limitatin, sftware licensed r distributed under any f the fllwing licenses r distributin mdels, r licenses r distributin mdels similar t any f the fllwing: (1) GNU s General Public License (GPL) r Lesser/Library GPL (LGPL); (2) the Artistic License (e.g., PERL); (3) the Mzilla Public License; (4) the Netscape Public License; (5) the Sun Cmmunity Surce License (SCSL); (6) the Sun Industry Standard Surce License (SISL); and (7) the Apache Sftware license. "Sftware Prduct" means a prduct that is distributed as sftware nly and is nt embedded int (i) hardware f any kind, r (ii) a platfrm r perating system that can run ther sftware prgrams.

8 Webfnts Pay-Once End User License Agreement End User License Agreement fr Web Craft Supply C This End User License Agreement (hereinafter Agreement ) is a legal agreement between yu, r, if yu represent a legal entity, that legal entity (hereinafter Yu ) and Craft Supply C (hereinafter Craft Supply C ), and is applicable t the Fnt Sftware that is accmpanied by this Agreement r that Yu have rdered nline. By dwnlading r installing the Fnt Sftware Yu agree t be bund by the terms f this Agreement. If Yu d nt agree t the terms f this Agreement, d nt dwnlad, install, r use the Fnt Sftware. 1. Definitins 1.1. Fnt Sftware means cded sftware that is accmpanied by this Agreement r that Yu are abut t rder nline and which generates typeface designs when used with the apprpriate hardand sftware, plus any and all ther data including dcumentatin prvided with such sftware Licensed Unit means installatins f the Fnt Sftware that allw the design f Yur Websites which have based n any six cnsecutive calendar mnths nt mre than the verall mnthly average f Pageviews stated n Yur invice fr the purchase f the Fnt Sftware. If n number f Pageviews is given n Yur invice, the licensed number f Pageviews is 50,000 per mnth. If Yur Websites averages (based n a perid f six cnsecutive calendar mnths) at any given time in the future mre than the licensed number f Pageviews per mnth, Yu must purchase an extended license frm Craft Supply C r its authrized distributrs Use means t design Yur wn persnal r business Website with the typeface embdied in the Fnt Sftware and t make accessible the Fnt Sftware tgether with Yur Website n a web server in rder t enable a web brwser t render the cntent f such a Website using the respective Fnt Sftware. Use des nt include the behaviur set frth in Clause 2.2. belw.

9 1.4. Website as used here is a cnnected grup f related web pages which frm an entity whse cntent is managed by Yu, and which are rganized under a particular dmain name, including subdmains. The Website can be viewed either ver Yur lcal area netwrk r ver the Internet. Fr the avidance f dubt, web pages n sub-dmains whse cntent is managed by ther persns are deemed t be nt part f Yur Website Pageview is each request t lad a single page f each f Yur Websites. Pageviews als referred t as page impressins r page requests must be recrded by a cmmnly accepted r recgnized perfrmance tracking system. Craft Supply C reserves the right t request written cpies f Yur average Pageview reprting statistics. 2. Grant f License and Restrictins 2.1. Grant f License. Craft Supply C grants Yu a nn-exclusive license t Use the Fnt Sftware in a Licensed Unit fr Yur wn persnal r business purpses accrding t the terms f this Agreement. If the average number f Pageviews under which the Fnt Sftware is Used exceeds the amunt set frth in the Licensed Unit, then Yu must request frm Craft Supply C r its authrized distributrs an apprpriate license extensin cvering all Pageviews; an additinal fee will be charged fr this license extensin Restrictin f Use. Yu are nt allwed t cpy, distribute r make the Fnt Sftware available t third parties s that they can use it fr their purpses r fr purpses ther than the display f Yur Websites. In particular (but nt limited t), Yu are nt allwed (i) t disseminate r make available the Fnt Sftware r parts f it thrugh any nline service r a file sharing platfrm r (ii) t sublicense the Fnt Sftware t third parties s that they can use it fr their websites (even thugh such websites are hsted under Yur dmain name), e. g. fr websites in scial netwrks, fr individual nline shps under a cmmn dmain name, in blgging cmmunities, by nline editrs, as a design tl, etc. If Yu wish t use the Fnt Sftware fr such purpses, Yu must btain a special license frm Craft Supply C r its authrized distributrs.

10 2.3. N Embedding. Yu may nt embed the Fnt Sftware in any dcuments (e. g. pdf dcuments), applicatins r devices ther than Yur Websites. Yu may nt use the Fnt Sftware fr ther services that are rendering the fnts, e. g. pre-press, pltting, expsing, etc. If Yu wish t use the Fnt Sftware fr such purpses, Yu must btain a separate pre-press fnt license frm Craft Supply C r its authrized distributrs Backup. Yu may make backup cpies f the Fnt Sftware fr archival purpses nly, prvided that Yu retain exclusive custdy and cntrl ver such cpies. Any backup cpy f the Fnt Sftware must cntain the same cpyright, trademark, and ther prprietary infrmatin as the riginal Mdificatins. Yu may nt mdify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decmpile, disassemble, alter, r attempt t discver the surce cde f the Fnt Sftware except as expressly prvided fr in this Clause 2 and the Definitin f Use. If Yu want t make mdificatins t the Fnt Sftware, Yu must btain the prir written cnsent f Craft Supply C. 3. Yu are hereby granted a nn-exclusive, nn-assignable, nn-transferable license (subject t all f the terms and cnditins f this Agreement) t (i) install the Fnt Sftware n a Licensed Server r incrprate the Fnt Sftware int a prduct and install the prduct n the Licensed Server fr the purpses set frth in this Sectin 2, and (ii) t use the Fnt Sftware n Develpment Servers slely fr internal develpment use, (iii) in each case fr Internal Use nly, (a) t create r allw End Users t create Embedded Dcuments that are nt Cmmercial Prducts with Printing and Viewing Rights and Editing Rights, (b) distribute such Embedded Dcuments t End Users, and (s) grant End Users the right t Use the Fnt Sftware t print, view and edit the Embedded Dcuments. Craft Supply C reserves all rights nt expressly granted t yu in this Agreement. 3. Restrictins n Use. The maximum number f Licensed Servers nt which the Fnt Sftware may be installed may nt exceed the number f Licensed Servers yu indicated in yur accunt at when licensing the Fnt Sftware. Yu may nly install the Fnt Sftware n the Licensed Servers and Develpment Servers and nt n any ther cmputer r prcessing unit. Yu agree that the Fnt Sftware (i) shall be incrprated in an Embedded Dcument in such a manner that it cannt be extracted frm the Embedded Dcument, (ii) will nt be usable except with Embedded Dcument, and (iii) cannt be used r accessed by any unauthrized third party frm a Licensed Server, Develpment Server r therwise.

Yu agree that yu will take n actin which will have the direct r indirect effect f causing the Fnt Sftware t becme Publicly Available Sftware r therwise be subject t a Publicly Available Sftware agreement. 4. Alteratins t the Fnt Sftware. Yu may nt alter the Fnt Sftware fr the purpse f adding any functinality that such Fnt Sftware did nt have when delivered t yu by Craft Supply C. If the Fnt Sftware cntains embedding bits that indicate that the Fnt Sftware is nly authrized fr certain purpses, yu may nt change r alter the embedding bits. 5. Transfer f the Fnt Sftware. Yu may nt rent, lease, sublicense, give, lend, r further distribute the Fnt Sftware, r any cpy theref. If yu are a business r rganizatin, yu agree that in case f a reasnable dubt with regard t the prper Use r installatin f the Fnt Sftware within yur rganizatin, upn request frm Craft Supply C r its authrized representative, yu will within thirty (30) days fully dcument and certify that Use and installatin f any and all Fnt Sftware at the time f the request is in cnfrmity with yur valid licenses frm Craft Supply C. 6. Cpies. Yu may nt cpy the Fnt Sftware, except as expressly prvided herein. Yu may make a reasnable number f back-up cpies f the Fnt Sftware fr archival purpses nly, and yu shall retain exclusive custdy and cntrl ver such cpies. Any cpies that yu are expressly permitted t make pursuant t the Agreement must cntain the same cpyright, trademark, and ther prprietary ntices that appear n r in the Fnt Sftware. Upn terminatin f the Agreement, yu must destry the riginal and any and all cpies f the Fnt Sftware. 7. Intellectual and Industrial Prperty Rights. Yu agree that the Fnt Sftware is prtected by the cpyright law and ther intellectual and industrial prperty rights f the United States and its varius States, by the cpyright law and ther intellectual and industrial prperty rights f ther natins, and by internatinal treaties. Yu agree t treat the Fnt Sftware as yu wuld any ther cpyrighted material. Yu agree that Craft Supply C r its third party licensrs wn all right, title and interest in and t the Fnt Sftware, its structure, rganizatin, cde, and related files, including all intellectual and industrial prperty rights therein such as cpyright, design and trademarks rights. Yu agree that the Fnt Sftware, its structure, rganizatin, cde, and related files are valuable prperty f Craft Supply C r its third party licensrs and that any intentinal r negligent Use f the Fnt Sftware nt expressly permitted by the Agreement cnstitutes an infringement f intellectual and industrial prperty rights. Yu agree nt t adapt, mdify, alter, translate, cnvert, r therwise change the Fnt Sftware, r t create Derivative Wrks frm Fnt Sftware r any prtin theref. Yu further agree nt t use Fnt Sftware in cnnectin with sftware and/r hardware which create Derivative Wrks f such Fnt Sftware. Yu agree nt t reverse engineer, decmpile, disassemble, r therwise attempt t discver the surce cde r instructins f the Fnt Sftware, prvided, hwever, that if yu are lcated in a Eurpean Cmmunity member cuntry r any ther cuntry which

Craft Supply C warrants t yu that the Fnt Sftware will perfrm substantially in accrdance with its dcumentatin fr the thirty (30) day perid fllwing delivery f the Fnt Sftware. T make a warranty claim, yu must, within the thirty (30) day warranty perid cntact Craft Supply C and prvide sufficient infrmatin regarding yur acquisitin f the Fnt Sftware s as t enable Craft Supply C t verify the existence and date f the transactin. The entire, exclusive and cumulative liability and remedy shall be that Craft Supply C will use reasnable effrts t cause the Fnt Sftware t cnfrm t the dcumentatin as sn as cmmercially practicable. Definitins: Cmmercial Prduct means an electrnic dcument r data file created by Use f the Fnt Sftware which is ffered fr distributin t the general public (r t sme subset f the general public) fr a fee r ther cnsideratin r as a result f yur business activity. Derivative Wrk means binary data based upn r derived frm Fnt Sftware (r any prtin f the Fnt Sftware) in any frm in which such binary data may be recast, transfrmed, r adapted including, but nt limited t, binary data in any frmat int which Fnt Sftware may be cnverted. Develpment Server means a server devted slely t yur internal develpment use and which cannt be accessed directly r indirectly by End Users r third parties. A Develpment Server shall nt be cnsidered a Licensed Server. Editing Rights means the right t add t, delete frm and make changes in the text f an Embedded Dcument. Embedded Dcument(s) means an Internal Use dcument int which a whle r partial cpy f the Licensed Fnt Sftware has been incrprated. End User means a persn r entity that accesses a Licensed Server r is the recipient f an Embedded Dcument frm yu under an End User Agreement. End User Agreement means an agreement binding an End User t minimum terms and cnditins that 1) prhibit the transfer f an electrnic dcument created r edited by use f the Fnt Sftware frm the Licensed Servers in any frmat that permits r enables the editing f such dcument by such End User, 2) prhibits the extractin r distributin f the Fnt Sftware frm the Licensed Server, and 3) ntifies the End User f any and all intellectual prperty rights assciated with the Fnt Sftware. Fnt Sftware means sftware r instructins which, when used n an apprpriate device r devices, generates typeface and typgraphic designs and rnaments. Fnt Sftware shall include all bitmap representatins f typeface and typgraphic designs and rnaments created by r derived frm the Fnt Sftware. Fnt Sftware includes upgrades r updates (each f which may be prvided t yu by Craft Supply C in its sle discretin), related files, permitted mdificatins, permitted cpies, and related dcumentatin. Internal Use means use nly in the curse f custmary and rdinary internal business r persnal use. Licensed Server means the servers identified by yu in yur accunt at which are wned by and remain under yur sle care, custdy and cntrl. If such Licensed Server is be hsted by an internet service prvider (ISP) fr yur benefit, yu shall be respnsible fr all cntent n the Licensed Server, as well as access t and security fr such cntent. Craft Supply C means Craft Supply C its successrs and assigns, its parent and affiliated crpratins, its authrized distributrs, and any third party that has licensed t Craft Supply C any r all f the cmpnents f the Fnt Sftware supplied t yu pursuant t the
