17 Quantum Computing Quantum computing is a huge leap forward in computing technology; they can solve problems that are computationally too difficult for a classical computer like genome sequencing, weather predictions, financial forecasting, machine learning to name a few Classical computers can only process information in either 1s or 0s. In the quantum paradigm, those 1 and 0 bytes can exist in two states (qubits) at once, allowing computations to be performed in parallel. Quantum computers are not only more powerful than anything built to date they require special algorithms capable of doing new things, and individuals with a background in quantum physics. 17

36 Hyperloop DUBAI announced a deal with Los Angeles-based firm Hyperloop One in November 2016 with a view to bringing its ultra-high-speed transport system to the Persian Gulf, to connect with Abu Dhabi, the capital of the UAE.
