Comprehensive evalation of distribte network planning is a mlti-factors decision-making problem in complicated system. Combining with the factors of distribte network planning, established for the distribtion network planning project evalation fzzy comprehensive evalation model, and the entropy weight method is led into comprehensive fzzy evalation. It overcomes the shortages of traditional method, which reqires to the independence of each inde, and the weight coefficients of factors are atomatically determined according to the opinion of eperts. Finally, one eample is sed to verify the feasibility and practicality of the method. Introdction In recent years, the distribtion network plan becomes very important one fondation project that electric power develops. The distribtion network is directly connected with the ser, with mltiple levels of voltage and compleity of network strctre, and is distribted widely and so on. Which reqires power grid planning process, considering the strctre of distribtion system reliability, fleibility, economy and resorce conservation of and other factors, and planning for comprehensive evalation. Fzzy comprehensive evalation method sed for distribtion network planning deficiencies, this paper introdces the concept of information entropy evalation model, in order to determine the objective weights. The new weight has contained the decision-making epert opinion and the eperience, simltaneosly does not lose the objectivity. The eample comptation analysis reslt confirmed has applied based on the entropy power fzzy comprehensive evalation method in the distribtion network planning feasibility and effectiveness. Establish the Entropy of The Fzzy Optimization Model The Entropy Method to Determine the Weight Vector In determining the weight vector of evalation, they often se more sbjective methods to determine the weight, it will reslt in evalation cold be de to sbjective factors in the formation of bias. Therefore, the concept of information entropy. Information entropy reflects the degree of disorder, the vale of the smaller, the smaller system disorder, so the available information entropy evalation system information can be obtain degree of order and their effectiveness, that is, evalation inde vale to determine the composition of the comparison matri target weight vector to minimize the weight of each inde calclation to eliminate hman interference, so that the evalation more realistic. The calclation steps are as follows: 1 Constrction of m-n-things Evalation of Matri Y. All rights reserved. In this paper, according to the present distribtion network as well as the actal eperience of policy makers, planning distribtion networks throghot the investigation and analysis of historical data, respectively, from the safety of distribtion network planning, economy, resorce consmption three aspects, the establishment of an integrated distribtion network planning program evalation system. Conclsion This paper proposes a new comprehensive evalation method - entropy-based fzzy optimization model. The model overcomes the disadvantage of traditional evalation method reqires inde between independent of each other, more objectively reflect the distribtion network planning decision-making process, the relationship between each inde by entropy get more actal indees weights. Calclation eample proves that this method is reasonable and reliable, practical, is a worthy of its application to distribtion network planning scheme, a new method of comprehensive evalation.
